New Microsoft Surface Go 2 - 10.5 Touch-Screen - Intel Pentium - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD - Wifi - Platinum (Latest Model)

Had issue with the first order. Bought tablet on Cyber Monday for the good sale price but when the 1st tablet came it had a defective battery. I asked for a replacement but seller chose not to do it and honor the sale price but rather chose to refund me and told me to re-order but of course the price was higher than before when I re-ordered and so I was not pleased about that. Other than that product seems to be solid but only time will tell.

Battery life is crap, i get around 4 hours on battery saving, when you charge it dont bother touching the computer its hot hot. Apps crash so easily, and it lags. Touch screen is good, but when you use a pen its always wobbly lines so i dont recommend drawing with it unless you like squiggly lines. Honestly, just get a tablet with a keyboard, it would work much better.

Does almost everything a laptop does. Great cameras. The screen is a small, coming from an iPad Pro, which I am making this review on. I ordered a dongle so I could have USB. Video out. I do like the USB-C feature. The SD memory card expansion making it a very versatile tablet. My only main core dislike to the point of frustration is the proprietary power cord. Its nice that it is magnetic so no knocking your tablet off a table, but I truly do wish manufacturers discontinue this practice, because it places me the consumer at a major disadvantage when I need a replacement cord, or I forgot the cord at home or at work, so it would be great if there were longer cords. Also the battery life is also not as advertised, I am getting about 7 hours idle with the screen off with a balanced setting, I cant change the battery status from % to time remaining, and none of the battery settings work. The 6 minutes of typing this Review on my ipad, my surface tablet lost 3% while idling.

i pay for new surface go 2， the box is great，but dont look like is new。the memory be full with few app instant，and cant be reset！！！

Bought it for my daughter to use for taking notes in her college classes. She said its been perfect for taking notes and she loves it so far ! Its very portable and Its super easy to use with the Microsoft pencil.

Really nice… bough 3 so far and will buy 6 more shortly for my sales team

Im using the Gold processor with 8 gb of ram wifi only. I never understand the bash about this processor. It handles spotify, web browsing, installing updates or Office workflow just perfect. This isnt the fastes neither the smothest experience, but for the size, price and overall experience, it just works. Fluid and decent

I bought a surface go to for school so I could take my notes on the note app. The pen works very well on the surface and it fells almost as good as pen to paper. Since all of my notes are on the note app, my backpack is much lighter and I have a lot less paper used up and a lot less paper to carry. The reason I gave it a 1 star is because Microsoft advertises it as a great productivity device but that only partially true. As I said the pen and space saving is amazing but it ends there. Since covid started Ive been turning everything via pdf including the exams. the problem is that the surface go is incapable of doing so and by that I mean it rarely does it. Ive turned in all of my exams late because it creates a pdf that cant be opened. A logical solution is to send the pdf to a different computer and submit it that way, nope. It also bricks at that point and for whatever reason cant attach any files. This device has caused me more anger than anything else. Every time I submit my exam late it costs me points that I shouldnt be losing. I hate this product, and I cant say the same for any of my other products present and past. I know amazon wont have me as a verified purchaser because I didnt purchase it through them. I purchased it through Microsoft because of the student discount and the surface go mad mu so upset that I had to write a review for it, so take my review as you will.
