Greater than one weekIt’s really slow compared to ipad. I got one with 8gb ram but still it’s annoyingly slow. You open firefox and it takes 10 seconds for it to open the browser!!!

> 3 dayI got this device as a review unit from the Amazon vine program. None the less I am perfectly willing to write critical reviews. I also received a surface keyboard, but purchased a surface pen and the surface arc mouse to complement the device.

> 3 dayI just got this yesterday and was so excited to use it for my meetings this morning. I have been wanting to become a digital note taker for a long time, but never really adapted to writing onscreen with my iPad. I may not be able to adapt to it with this either, but I am going to give it a try.

Greater than one weekI got this for my wife, as she needed something more then a tablet for opening and editing documents and responding to email and other social media for her business. This has worked out great so far. her tablet was an android and it has taken a little adjustment to use a Windows product, but you can get a Android emulator that run on the Surface and allows you to run Android apps. Highly recommend a Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard, as it is fairly difficult to use with just the keypad and stylus pen (option). It is really nice how you can use the stylus pen to write, just like to write with a pen and it types out the message for you. Also highly recommend you do not use S mode, which only allows you to down load apps from the Microsoft store. There are a lot of apps not in the Microsoft store. It is easy to do this, just search for setting up Microsoft surface to not run s mode in windows 10. Good device, with some of the usual Microsoft limitations, but you have options !

> 3 dayThis thing doesnt let you download normal apps. Only Microsoft Word. But I could just go to the website and sign in. Admittedly I know nothing about computers, I just wanted something that acted like a large phone for my kids. Its more like a labtop.

> 3 dayAfter testing the product for a few days now, I would have to give it a 3/5. Aesthetically the tablet + the keyboard etc... looks very cool altogether, however, performance wise after using it for a few days (without even downloading ANYTHING), the start up screen would often times turn pitch black and freeze which would force me to turn off the tablet by holding the power button. Couldnt even log in or do anything else other than being forced to hold the power button for it to shut down. This table is great and is for you if you are only looking to browse on the internet and do light office work. However, if youre planning to use it for heavy office work... it may not be the best option for you due to the fact that its low on space and could hinder the performance if you stack up too many GBs.

> 3 dayGreat little tablet unless you want to use it. Microsoft does not recognize me, my email, second email or even my phones. You cannot use any app without signing in, so there I Am . Out the money I paid or send it and its useless. My son works with computers. Actually two sons do . I spent an hour this a.m. With the one who is a wizard. He was baffled. Never saw a thing that works like this.

> 3 dayI have a surface laptop 2 and was looking for a tablet that I can use freely with my surface pen without a keyboard (surface laptops keyboards are not detachable).
