Greater than one weekI purchased it a little over a year ago. Kinda annoyed that the keyboard didnt come with it but whatever. The facial recognitions stopped working recently and I generally have to type the passcode. The Bluetooth/wifi will also randomly disconnect or stop working in the middle of doing things. The most annoying thing is the fact that it is supposed to have good battery life. Its usually down 40-70 percent after maybe 4 hours of consecutive use.

> 3 dayI bought a surface go to for school so I could take my notes on the note app. The pen works very well on the surface and it fells almost as good as pen to paper. Since all of my notes are on the note app, my backpack is much lighter and I have a lot less paper used up and a lot less paper to carry. The reason I gave it a 1 star is because Microsoft advertises it as a great productivity device but that only partially true. As I said the pen and space saving is amazing but it ends there. Since covid started Ive been turning everything via pdf including the exams. the problem is that the surface go is incapable of doing so and by that I mean it rarely does it. Ive turned in all of my exams late because it creates a pdf that cant be opened. A logical solution is to send the pdf to a different computer and submit it that way, nope. It also bricks at that point and for whatever reason cant attach any files. This device has caused me more anger than anything else. Every time I submit my exam late it costs me points that I shouldnt be losing. I hate this product, and I cant say the same for any of my other products present and past. I know amazon wont have me as a verified purchaser because I didnt purchase it through them. I purchased it through Microsoft because of the student discount and the surface go mad mu so upset that I had to write a review for it, so take my review as you will.

> 3 dayWe (@ 900+ ppl) used these devices for work, thankfully a larger monitor was provided too. Touch screen worked great although because of size, it was easy to hit the wrong thing (we didnt get a stylus & of course the cover/keyboard was a separate item but necessary); it was lightweight & quick to charge, a charge lasted overnight on sleep or for a few hours of use (depending). The major drawback for Mdl #1926 was when trying to use it with Zoom or Skype, etc., overheating issues were a frequent complaint (& worse). Dongles were provided (separately) also but if you touched it, or just about any vibration really, would make the screen go black & it would take a few seconds to come back AND it didnt work at all with a Lenovo monitor; had to use another brand (couldve been the dongles fault). It might be fine for, as mentioned, reading a book or surfing the web but not certain business applications. Do your homework before you buy to make sure it will do what you need it to.
