Noise issues started a few days after the return window ended…. I wonder why…..

The cooling fan worked great and was very quiet when I purchased it, but after about 6 weeks it got extremely loud. Theres no dust accumulated at all and the only way to fix it is to touch each fan until I find the one or more making the loud noise. However, I was able to contact the manufacturer with the help of Amazon and they sent me a replacement fan without issue. I did have to send them a video with audio so they could hear the loud sounds the fans were making...

I had an issue with their first model and this seller immediately reached out and wanted to correct the issue, they offered me many different options and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied. The 2nd gen is great. It’s sleek and genius to have it slide into the vents for support. They made it auto on/off now too and even quieter. All in all the products do great and the customer service is astounding.

First purchase was noisy larger fan was like a bearing gone noise. Sent back and received 2nd one for it to do exactly the same. I have managed to adjust the fan to stop the noise for now will see but isnt very good maybe a new issue with all their units.

Very loud as other reviewers have mentioned. It keeps my Ps5 from shutting down though, which was happening while playing certain games.

Works very well and it’s easy to install. I like the fact that it doesn’t take up a usb slot as there is one on it. However, it’s quite loud compared to the normal fan but this is understandable as it cools the console down considerably better.

Works better than I expected no complaints I do love that it has the usb port on it so it doesn’t take up a usb port

When cleaning my PS5 I noticed how poorly designed the coolant system is having plenty air intake ventilation but the air exhaust ventilation is very narrow. Which means you get plenty of cool room air circulation but the warm air has a narrow vent to escape. These external fans that you can purchase for a little money is worth it. They pull more warm air out of your PS5 which increases cooling.
