The cooling fan worked great and was very quiet when I purchased it, but after about 6 weeks it got extremely loud. Theres no dust accumulated at all and the only way to fix it is to touch each fan until I find the one or more making the loud noise. However, I was able to contact the manufacturer with the help of Amazon and they sent me a replacement fan without issue. I did have to send them a video with audio so they could hear the loud sounds the fans were making...

It works as it should but it is unbelievably noise after less than a week of using it.

This companys product are incredible. My PS5 had shut off randomly twice. Did some reading and found out it was a heat issue. I gave this a try since I have bought other items from Nexigo, and I am not disappointed. My system hasnt randomly shut off since. The fans are quite and the blue led light is a fresh touch. If you need a cooling fan I would definitely recommend this one.

This product turns on automatically when I power on the PS5. And it will turn off by itself after shutdown.

So, I must have gotten one of the old models. It doesnt shut off on its own (Which is annoying, I have to go over to the system to turn it off) and after about an hour of playing its making a loud buzzing noise.

The fan works fine, the issue I have with this is you can’t use the horizontal stand with your PS5, if the fan is in use. The stand blocks and inhibits the fan from being installed. Also, the pass-through USB port on the fan does not supply enough power to power other items that are usually installed on the PS5. My camera nor my external hard drive don’t work with the fan installed because the pass-through USB port does not supply enough power.
