Received this as a Christmas gift. Extremely easy to install. However, it only worked for one day before the noise (Im assuming a bearing or something) started creating this horrendous noise. It was quiet before but now has an extremely loud and annoying grinding noise that makes this unit virtually unusable.

Sometimes the fan will slightly rub against the housing making a loud noise, but a quick flick will make it stop.

I was skeptical at first; thinking this fan would maybe help a little, but probably wouldnt make a major difference. Boy was I wrong!! Without this extraordinary little accessory I could put my hands on the face plates of the PS5 and feel the heat. Ive never had it overheat, but I cant help but think that its probably not good for the long-term health of the PS5. This little fan pops seamlessly right onto the back of the PlayStation and turns off and on with the PS power so once its installed there is nothing further that you need to do. After hours of gaming I can put my hand at the back of the PlayStation and feel the hot air being sucked out, but when I touch the face plates I can barely tell its been running. This is a MUST HAVE for every PS5 Owner!!

I have ordered 2 of these fans, the first one on 12/2721 for my husband. Works perfectly and turns on and off with the console. I liked it so much i bought another one for my PS5 on 1/19/22. Mine does not come on and shut off automatically. When i ordered it I just hit the order again option. I am not happy i have to pull out my console every time i play just to turn on the fan. On the other hand my husbands is perfect! How can this be?

Agora depois de algumas utilizações, sempre que ligo o PS5 o cooler faz um barulho fora do normal e preciso retira-lo e recolar para o barulho parar. O meu cooler veio com defeito de fabricação.

Ganz so laut wie einige berichten ist es nicht. Vor allem wenn man mit Sound aus der glotze zockt hört man es so gut wie gar nicht. Zockt man mit Headset hört man es so wie so nicht. Kühlleistung kann ich nichts zu sagen, allerdings staut sich die Hitze an der Stelle nicht mehr so doll und man merkt wirklich wie die Abwärme besser abgeleitet wird. Von daher schon sinnvoll wenn man sich nicht mit besserer kühlpaste oder anderem Lüfter auseinander setzen mag. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht, da es mit dem blauen LED für mich als Blinklicht und beleuchtungsfreund ein volles Upgrade für die Ps5 ist und sie somit etwas individueller erscheint. Alles in allem macht man mit diesem Produkt nichts falsch.
