I tested this stand myself by pressing on all four corners of the console, shaking the console, and shaking the surface which the console is resting on. First of all, with the grippy feet on this product, it was impossible to shake the console. I cant even say the console barely moved, because it just doesnt move at all with this stand attached to it. Previously, if I tried to move my PS5 to dust underneath it, the stock stand would sometimes slip off and Id have to hook it back on. There should be no such issues with this stand. Also, the plastic used feels very tough and of high quality. It will probably last longer than the console itself. As for the negative reviews, I couldnt replicate any of the wobbliness or disc tray noise other customers had issues with. Yes, it is a little expensive. However, if youre looking for something simple and sturdy, there probably arent many better options than this.

> 24 hourFinally got the email from Amazon that I was worthy to buy a PS5.....LOL....lots bigger than a PS4 so make sure you can mount vertically, or you will need the NexiGo Horizontal stand pieces or similar. Easy to install and looks OK. They are color matched plastic pieces that levels the PS5 from rocking and allows airflow to keep t cool.

> 24 hourThis was exactly what I was looking for! Eveytime I clean around the console or maybe have to get in back I have to move it and the original stand falls off. Then you get it set and maybe decide to pull it forward a bit and the stand comes off again. Sony should of put a stand like this in the box to begin with. If you have your console horizontal, get this stand. You wont be disappointed.
