Original stand if installed correctly works decently. However, it still felt loose and would slide way too easily. This stand feels solid, durable, and prevents my PS5 from sliding. Worth it!

Looks great. Shipped and arrived fine. I have changed out the side plates on my PS5 and I think they are thicker, so the fit for me is not snug. But I put some rubber grip tape on the mount and just sit my PS5 on top and it has worked fine that way.

Easy to install and a more stability than the original circle stand. Wish they had a bit of grip tape cuz they do slide here and there when moving the system around. Other than that, I dig em.

Good and durable

If you want your PS5 to lay horizontal on your setup, this stand is a way better option than the stock stand as that one is intended for having your console stand up vertically. It raises the console slightly off the ground and while I initially didnt believe it, it actually does improve air flow. When I closed games it seemed to cool off relatively quicker than normal. Its easy to attach and you can forget about it afterwards. It doesnt slide around easily unless youre actually pushing it so you dont have to worry about it tipping over.

The factory stand would NOT keep my PS5 in place. The absolute slightest bumb would make it come out and once my PS5 fell out of the entertainment center, and was heading to the floor. Luckily I was there and caught it as it happened. The reason for it coming out of the stand and falling out? My 5 year old literally walked across the room. THATS how bad the factory stand is! Adding this stand is extremely easy to install and gives it a major amount of stability. You have to press hard on the system tor even budge the PS5 now. I highly recommend this stand for horizontal PS5 use. The color is a perfect match for the white system and they are releasing a black stand to match aftermarket black plates as well. It has a bit more clearance (height) than the factory stand does, allowing allowing better airflow under the system, rather than being as close to the shelf as possible. This is what Sony SHOULD have given us to start with.

These are super easy to install and make an outstanding replacement for that goofy stand Playstation provides with the PS5. If you want you PS5 to sit horizontal, you need proper feet for it. These are stable and look like they belong wit the unit. Highly recommended.
