Anyone that wants or needs to put a PS5 horizontally knows the factory included stand is absolute garbage. The PS5 will easily and effortlessly slide off of it especially when plugging in USB accessories, and sometimes even when inserting discs, pressing the power button, or accidentally nudging or bumping the unit. Mine almost fell out the front of my open glass TV stand a few times so I had to move it to the very back of the shelf where it is hard to access to swap discs or anything else. Good news, this product improves the stability of the system by a huge margin. The system on this stand will not move when bumping the unit, pressing buttons, or inserting discs. However I feel it still could use additional improvement. If you are purposefully moving the system around to access USB or other cables, the stand can slip off the sides of the console. The only things holding the stands on are small felt pads and the weight of the system. I think the inclusion of some optional double-sided tape to better affix the stands to the console would be a great addition and would bring this up to a full 5 star product for me. I know not everyone will want to stick tape on their system so that is why it should be an optional addition. As it is I will try to find my own double sided tape to better affix the stands. Regardless, I believe anyone need to place their PS5 horizontally should give this stand a shot.

Easy to install and it match with the ps5

I never thought I would need this until I ordered this stand for my ps5!!! This stand does feel loose when attaching to ps5 but its still way more stable then the Junk ps5 stock stand you get with the ps5, a must buy if you have a ps5.

I’d like to repeat what I’ve seen in a few reviews, yes, the base that comes with the PS5 will allow you to place your system in a horizontal position. However, at least in my experience, it does a terrible job of it and is very unstable. I see nothing wrong with pointing out the shortcomings of an otherwise awesome system. The NexiGo stand is not perfect but it’s way better than what I started with. It makes the PS5 very stable in the horizontal position. I don’t exactly have any gripe with the product but on a personal note, I wish the stands clipped on to the PS5 instead of fitting loosely. Just me. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase. Although I said the stands fits loosely, it does the job of stabilizing the system. They slide on but are not snug. They do not fall off when plugging items into the PS5 the way the stand that came with the system did, every single time. Keep in mind that the NexiGo stand does not add any height to the unit. It holds it level and sturdy. If I had to choose between the NexiGo stand and the one that came with my system a second time, I would definitely make the purchase again. Just my two-cents. I hope it helps others to make a choice.

I kept pulling my PS5 off the crappy oem base whenever Id blow into the mic or just get excited while playing. Mounted in seconds and good design for dics or digital.
