The stand is pretty cool and fits nicely with the overall look of the PS5…. I will say this just in case someone else is buying this for the same reason… the ps5 stand that comes with the console can be used horizontally and vertically. Bought this thinking I needed it to lay my PlayStation flat but the stock ps5 stand can do that just fine as well. But like I said though, it looks rad and will certainly help with air circulation in keeping my console cool. I’m keeping it regardless.

The factory stand would NOT keep my PS5 in place. The absolute slightest bumb would make it come out and once my PS5 fell out of the entertainment center, and was heading to the floor. Luckily I was there and caught it as it happened. The reason for it coming out of the stand and falling out? My 5 year old literally walked across the room. THATS how bad the factory stand is! Adding this stand is extremely easy to install and gives it a major amount of stability. You have to press hard on the system tor even budge the PS5 now. I highly recommend this stand for horizontal PS5 use. The color is a perfect match for the white system and they are releasing a black stand to match aftermarket black plates as well. It has a bit more clearance (height) than the factory stand does, allowing allowing better airflow under the system, rather than being as close to the shelf as possible. This is what Sony SHOULD have given us to start with.

I love this product. Now I can store it in the cabinet under the TV. Also, it raises up the console so it doesn’t heat up in the cabinet.

If you want your PS5 to lay horizontal on your setup, this stand is a way better option than the stock stand as that one is intended for having your console stand up vertically. It raises the console slightly off the ground and while I initially didnt believe it, it actually does improve air flow. When I closed games it seemed to cool off relatively quicker than normal. Its easy to attach and you can forget about it afterwards. It doesnt slide around easily unless youre actually pushing it so you dont have to worry about it tipping over.

The quick and easy: This stand blends in well with the console, it is easy to install, and it is extremely durable and sturdy. I tested this stand myself by pressing on all four corners of the console, shaking the console, and shaking the surface which the console is resting on. First of all, with the grippy feet on this product, it was impossible to shake the console. I cant even say the console barely moved, because it just doesnt move at all with this stand attached to it. Previously, if I tried to move my PS5 to dust underneath it, the stock stand would sometimes slip off and Id have to hook it back on. There should be no such issues with this stand. Also, the plastic used feels very tough and of high quality. It will probably last longer than the console itself. As for the negative reviews, I couldnt replicate any of the wobbliness or disc tray noise other customers had issues with. Yes, it is a little expensive. However, if youre looking for something simple and sturdy, there probably arent many better options than this.

Love them. Makes it stable laying down. They do not fit tightly though. They will easily slide off if you move the PS5. So other than that they are great.

After using that paltry stand that shipped by Sony with the console these had my attention for a while. I finally got tired of feeling like my console would move everytime I tried to put a disc in or attached a cable to charge my controllers and took a chance. Wow, was I amazed at how loose the stand had come off without noticing and how easy these were to install. The console now sits solid as a rock as they would have been made for the console to begin with. Highly recommend!
