we previously had just a cardboard box as her sand box but decided to match her wheel and get this one. our hammie loves it more than the previous probably cause it’s deeper and i can put more sand without the issue of her kicking sand out as she’s bathing. i specifically chose the circle because i noticed that her cardboard rectangle one would get in the way of her just pushing her body on the sides and seeing as it’s circular it’ll be easier for her. pros and cons to each shape since this doesn’t fit in a corner but a small price to pay for the queens (my hammie) convenience

My hamster immediately started playing in this as soon as I filled it with sand. He absolutely loves it. Its not too hard to clean as long as hammy doesnt pee too much in it. And the lid doesnt perfectly fit on it... kind of have to bend or move the bottom part for the top to sit securely on it. Otherwise love this product.

My Chinese hamster loves it! Wouldn’t recommend for bigger hamsters though!

This is a quality product. Rather large, though, so plan accordingly. My gerbils absolutely love using this for a dust bath and, since there’s enough room at the other end, as a litter box. I wish I had thought to buy a tiny litter scoop to go with it.

We love it and it’s super easy to clean

This sand bath is amazing. It is half covered which makes my baby feel secure. You can fill it pretty high and he loves to roll around in it and sometimes even sleep in it! Most of my hamsters use their sand bath as their bathroom which makes the cage easier to clean. Highly recommend if you have a hamster you NEED one!!

Might be too big for a 40 gallon tank that I use but I managed to fit it there without the tank looking too «crowded». Really easy to assemble and I like how it comes with a little food bowl on top. However, I wish there was a way to cover the hole if you don’t wanna use the food bowl. Overall, highly recommended!

It’s amazing.! I just take off the top pieces so my hammy has more space to get out of.!
