I have only 2.5 of clearance in my aquariums canopy. So I had to go with a 60mm case fan or a 1U rack fan like used in a DJs mixer rack.

Even though these are really expensive and quite ugly, they provide the same amount of airflow as normal 60mm fans without the typical high pitched whine.

Very quiet, moves lots of air. :)

I bought four types of Noctua fans. Two 120mm, two 90mm, two 80mm and these. All the rest are inaudible above ALL those others at full speed. These need the low noise adapter to match their quiet.

Good product, low noise. It needs to handle more flow and higher static pressure.

I used and tested more fans than I care to remember, brand names and nondescript. Noctua outperforms any competition hands down, no matter what they claim in their spec sheets, including some really high-end fans like Noiseblocker or Nexus. This fan moves more air at any given RPM, and produces less noise while doing it. What noise it does make is also less obtrusive or annoying.

This fan is listed as a 12v fan at 0.120 Amps. The fan shipped to me only pulls half that current at 12v (0.06 amps). I am surprised they have a CE RoHS rating on the package.

Replaced noisy factory fan in my Ender 5 Pro. Sure, I had to do a bit of metal work, add the proper connector, and reduce the 24 volt supply to 12 volts but it was worth the effort. Some metal work was required also as this fan is 25mm thick which is twice as thick as the factory fan. I mounted it on the outside of the power supply case and cut out the bottom printer metal cover to fit around the fan. Rais the printer by about 3/4 inch using some vibration pads and that was it. Nice and Quiet.

I bought this fan to replace the cooling fan on a power supply (for my amateur radios) that was hideously loud. The replacement went off relatively without a hitch (be careful when you verify power ... you can get bit. DAMHIK). The power supply is now running almost silently. Im very pleased with this fan (my second, first is in a computer I put together, also running quietly).

I bought this to replace a tiny noisy fan in my Schumacher battery charger.
