> 3 dayGet a little louder than I expected for Noctua but over all great fans, no complaints other than they did not work with a fan controller I got that only had 2 pins for each fan header. Not sure if 4 pin into 2 pin is a nonbo for 4 pin fans but just beware and make sure you research your fan controllers if youre going to use them with these fans.

> 3 dayFan is amazing. Packaging adds to the statement it makes by calling itself a Noctua. Boy is this thing a beast. It probably is overkill for my CPU cooler in my Server but none the less the performance and quietness are surprising. The static pressure is unmatched if thats what you are going for. It may be a tad louder than the silent consumer Noctua fans. I also have some of those and they are practically silent. This is the industrial version but Noctua fans are the best money can buy, you wont be disappointed. With replaceable rubber grommets, you can customize to your hearts content. I swapped the one shown here (brown) with red ones. The black and red fits the theme of my case.

02-06-2025Exceptional. Noisy at 2000rpm, but at low speeds its almost completely silent and pushes a lot of air

> 3 dayIf you hear a really loud buzzing noise at full load return it right away! I have this super annoying loud buzzing sound around 980-1000rpm. I would have returned it if i had knew this sooner. But so far its really great at lowering impressive temps. Just a buzzing extremely loud motor noise that killed it for me. :c

> 3 dayMy PC was a custom build through iBuyPower which came with 4 stock corsair fans, which have been replaced by these specific Noctua models. Im not a computer wiz by any means, and maybe Ive installed or configured them incorrectly, and Im hoping someone might enlighten me on this, if so, but I can tell no difference whatsoever in the loudness of my computer housing after installing these. I installed them in the same configuration as the stock fans (in terms of placement and orientation) and theyre every bit as loud if not louder. In fact, Im pretty confident theyre louder, which is a bit of a disappointment. I went into my bios/mobo configuration tool and even went so far as to change the fan speeds from full to auto and it still sounds like a wind tunnel. Any suggestions, here?
