> 3 dayAs always Noctua fans are the best fans Ive used, and Ive had a large number of fans including NoiseBlocker and Corsairs higher end units (along with many others that dont even come close to Noctua). But the Noctua ones always win me out, with amazing reliability and great looks (you might not like the brown, but you can get the Chromax editions for colors), and super silent operation.

> 3 daybought the thermaltake water 3.0 pro for an FX8350 build with Sabertooth 990FX R2. The stock fans from thermaltake are worthless. theyre as quiet as a boiler room but managed to keep the CPU temp at 35C at idle. replaced them with NoiseBlockers which could not keep the temp below 45C at idle and were not really silent. then I installed the these... the world is a better place now. The idle temp is 34C. I used Arctic Silver 5 with all the fans but will likely upgrade to the Gelid GC-Extreme.

> 3 dayVery impressed with this fan. It replaced a generic coolermaster fan, fit the 4-pin CPU header with no problems, and is very quiet. I can hear the PSU and GPU fans now, and used to only be able to hear the CPU fan.
