> 24 hourcè poco da aggiungere agli altri commenti positivi. è una ventola pwm con connettore 4 pin da piazzare nel pannello frontale del cabinet per raffreddare il cestello degli hard disk o nel retro del cabinet per estrarre laria calda. ha poca pressione statica e quindi produce un flusso daria che non riesce a contrastare efficacemente le lamelle del dissipatore della cpu. a differenza di una normale ventola tachimetrica con connettore 3 pin che gira a velocità costante in base alle impostazioni del bios della scheda madre, la ventola pwm con connettore 4 pin ha un regime di rotazione che varia automaticamente al variare della temperatura desercizio del chip (cpu o gpu) perchè è dotata di un apposito controller allinterno del proprio motore che riceve informazioni tramite un quarto filo (che si aggiunge ai due di alimentazione e a quello tachimetrico) direttamente dalla scheda madre o dalla scheda video. la dotazione di serie di queste nuove ventole pwm della noctua è completissima. simpatico il doppino 4 pin e utilissima la prolunga 4 pin. se lalimentatore del pc è vecchio o poco efficiente, diventa utilissimo anche il cavetto l.n.a. per diminuire il voltaggio e quindi la velocità e il rumore della ventola.

> 24 hourAmazing! Ordered 3 of these plus the 140mm NF-A14 PWM to replace the fans in my case...built this computer in 2012. Once I had everything reconnected and fired it back up....I panicked a bit - the only fans I heard running were the CPU and PS fans...and I still had the side of the case off! Had to do a quick visual check that, Yes, the Noctua fans *were* actually running. Wow. This is my first experience with Noctua and Im blown away. Ive been building my own computers since about 2001 and these are by far the quietest fans Ive ever used. A buddy of mine recommended these and I love them! The extra connectors they supply - extension, splitter to run 2 fans off of one header, and the low noise connector, plus the rubber anti-vibration bumpers on each corner....very nice touch Noctua! Definitely worth it! You can tell from the packaging alone that these are high quality fans. Noctua is #1 on my list now...

Anti-Stall Knobs
