Noctua NF-S12A PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Brown)

Bought this to replace a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO fan that went bad in under a year. Was not happy with the warranty response from them so went with this unit. Comes with everything you will need and works flawlessly.

Ich wollte das Lüftergeräusch meines PCs auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Noctua ist einer der besten Lieferanten für solche Wünsche. Nach dem Einbau, der problemlos möglich ist, war das Laufgeräusch im Grundbetrieb sofort auf ein Minimum reduziert. Bei höherem Kühlbedarf erfüllt der Lüfter nicht ganz meine Ansprüche. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zum Hersteller brachte mir sehr kurzfristig eine Ersatzlieferung, die allerdings ebenfalls an ihre Grenzen stieß, bei Drehzahlen an der Kapazitätsgrenze. Trotzdem würde ich mich wieder für Noctua entscheiden.

Amazing! Ordered 3 of these plus the 140mm NF-A14 PWM to replace the fans in my case...built this computer in 2012. Once I had everything reconnected and fired it back up....I panicked a bit - the only fans I heard running were the CPU and PS fans...and I still had the side of the case off! Had to do a quick visual check that, Yes, the Noctua fans *were* actually running. Wow. This is my first experience with Noctua and Im blown away. Ive been building my own computers since about 2001 and these are by far the quietest fans Ive ever used. A buddy of mine recommended these and I love them! The extra connectors they supply - extension, splitter to run 2 fans off of one header, and the low noise connector, plus the rubber anti-vibration bumpers on each corner....very nice touch Noctua! Definitely worth it! You can tell from the packaging alone that these are high quality fans. Noctua is #1 on my list now...

Great, quiet fan, does a much better job than the fans included with my case. Would recommend to anyone with their eyes on this.

purtroppo da un fans della prima ora di Noctua, questa NF-S12A PWM mi ha deluso, confezione ottima, in mano il prodotto da una sensazione di solidità, ma confrontata in contemporanea con altro fan Svizzero, non regge il confronto: voltaggio richiesto di alimentazione in start piu alto in confronto allo svizzero,ma numero di giri a max velocità inferiore (parliamo di ventole entrambe dichiarate di 1200 giri max) meno portata di flusso daria e peggio distribuito (spinge nella circonferenza esterna più che un uniforme flusso al centro, non buona per radiatori a liquido), meno rumorosa ma di poco (siamo comunque per entrambe a livelli allinterno del case praticamente inudibili ! ) del concorrente svizzero considerando che questultimo fa più giri e la portata daria e notevolmente superiore e meglio distribuita, cavo di alimentazione corto, lungo nellaltra con connettore per estensione pwm in serie già crimpato assieme, MA a parte il prezzo doppio della Noctua in oggetto rispetto al concorrente, la cosa piu GRAVE ! secondo me, cosa che mi ha veramente stupito per Noctua, è che, tenendo in mano la Noctua con 2 dita su un angolo, le vibrazioni avvertibili sono notevoli indicando un GRAVE scompenso di equilibrio nel fan, facendo lo stesso con il concorrente, vibrazioni totalmente assenti !!!....quindi:

As expected, Noctua quality product. Low RPM and very quiet. The airflow is actually a bit less than my old louder case fan it appears but Im very happy with my all Noctua setup now!

This fan didnt move the amount of air I was hoping for. They are silent, but with that it seemed the design was a little misguided. I purchased these to go on the from and rear of my Antminer S5 as a replacement fan for the loud monster one that comes with it. This fan couldnt displace the air fast enough with a push/pull setup. I would of rated this a 4 or 5 if it somehow had the ability of chaining 2 together, but the silencers on the corners restrict that. All in all it was silent as advertised.
