> 24 hourThese fans are very quiet. There are three of these fans in the case, and the only noise I hear is the GPU fans when I play games. I used the rubber nubs to install all three fans. They are holding up to dust very well with only a bi-yearly cleaning.

> 24 hourIve ordered three Noctua NF-S12A PWM fans from the Noctua store, and the seller is clearly Noctua and not one of the marketplace stores. The first fan is OK. But the next two fans are used. There are screw marks inside of the screw holes and the screws are outside of the sealed plastic and are scattered all over the package. I dont know how much they used the fans before sending them to me.

> 24 hourPremetto che ho un dissipatore ad aria Noctua del quale mi sento pienamente soddisfatto, ragion per cui pensavo anche di sostituire la ventola posteriore del case. Questa ventola seppure con un bundle strepitoso, si è dimostrata più rumorosa (relativamente allo spostamento dellaria generato dal movimento delle pale che genera rumore passando tra le pale della ventola ed i fori della griglia posteriore) della ventola stock oramai vecchia. Il rumore si percepisce esclusivamente in un utilizzo prettamente notturno quindi, in assenza di rumori esterni ed altri, in questo ambito io ho avvertito molto distintamente il rumore della ventola, comunque mai fastidioso questo si, ma pur sempre avvertibile. Di conseguenza non mi sento di dare 5 stelle (discorso a parte come sempre Amazon) ad un prodotto che non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

Anti-Stall Knobs
The NF-S12A"s Anti-Stall Knobs reduce flow separation phenomena in medium to high impedance situations and thereby increase the fan"s stall margin. This means that the NF-S12A is even more versatile than its renowned predecessor and can achieve better performance on heatsinks and radiators.
