Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

I dont usually write reviews but when I do its because a company and the product simply blow me out of the water. Just installed this on my 3600x and while overclocked idle Temps are 25c and Prime95 heat test maxes at 67c... Simply amazing and quality all around starts oozing out of the box as soon as you open it. Instructions as clear as they can possibly be and a very simple installation comes with top notch thermal paste. This performance for how quiet this thing is should quite honestly be Illegal. Noctua just earned a customer for life.

It was really easy to install, my only problems came from staying up late in order to receive it and install it. Go at it with a fresh and sober mind and you’ll do great

Extremely good thermals for my 5700g, cooler is huge btw scratches my tempered glass panel but thats on me for cutting it too close with the Lian li O11 dynamic mini

Finally i solved my temps issues with my i7- 9700f overheating, i went for the best cpu cooler with large durability and this just fixed all my problems!!

Having had the Noctua DH-14 in my previous build going for this was the next best choice in my new AMD build. Ive not seen overly great things from the flood of AIO watercoolers in the market over the years.

I’ve never fancied the idea of water cooling, for what to me are obvious reasons. Looked into air coolers and Noctua kept coming up as great products. So I bit the bullet and ordered this bad boy.

Its an air cooler and has the associated benefits and limitations. While not quite as effective at cooling my FX9590 as the Corsair H110 water cooler I replaced, it will easily last the remaining life of this system without concern of anything but maybe a fan bearing going bad and can then be easily used on a newer set up later.

Der NH-D15 Chromax Black ist vergleichsweise zu anderen CPU Lüftern relativ teuer. Dafür bekommt man aber auch ein Spitzenprodukt (wenn nicht sogar das beste) was Luftkühlung für CPUs angeht. Auch die schwarze Optik macht schön was her und ist eher für die jenigen geeignet die ihr System beleuchtungstechnisch eher schlicht halten wollen. Diese ganzen vorteile bezahlt man allerdings zum einen mit Geld und zum anderen mit Platz da dieses Monster sehr viel Platz braucht und den ein oder anderen sogar hier und da behindern kann. Außerdem muss der Platz ja auch erstmal gegeben sein. Wer damit aber klarkommt oder sogar auf die protzige Optik steht findet mit dem NH-D15 einen Lüfter der einen glücklich macht.
