Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

This thing is an absolute beast, Its quiet and the cooling is awesome.

This cooler is quite the step-up from the AMD Wraith Stealth cooler included with my Ryzen 2600X (yes, I know it is an overkill cooler for that CPU, but Im hoping it will survive multiple upgrades).

Der Kühler ist langsam einfach nicht mehr das „Ding“ das es mal war. Es gibt heutzutage Kühler, die Kosten ein Drittel, leisten das gleiche und sind dabei genauso laut. Natürlich ist die Qualität des Kühlers absolute Spitzenklasse, daran gibt es nichts zu meckern! Noctua eben, dafür zahlt man halt auch mehr, logisch. Ob er das dreifache Wert ist, sei jetzt mal dahingestellt… meiner Meinung nach, nein.

Cools my CPU well, no fuss, a little bit loud on the mic if you place it on the desk. I placed mine below and now I barely hear it and my friends don’t hear it anymore either. You’ll have to think about the RAM you’ll put since I barely cleared my 2.

I used to use EVGAs closed loop dual 140mm liquid cooling. My Intel core I9 9900k would hover around 66 degrees.

This cooler is amazing. I replaced the stock AMD cooler on my Ryzen 3900x because 90c under load is unacceptable to me. With this installed Im seeing idle 37c and 52c while gaming. With prime95 running for an hour it was stable at 72c. Very impressed with this cooler, it stays cool and very quiet. The install was extremely easy as well. If youre unsure like I was, this DOES come with the AM4 mounting hardware, nothing additional needed. Noctua even got it to me direct from Austria in 3 days, also impressive.

The good: Its really quiet, its not hard to install, its amazingly huge, it works wonderfully. Its totally worth it.

Looks fantastic, Its not easy to fit as full AM4 kit not supplied, but Noctua will send one out to you for free if you fill in form on the site, because the full mounting kit isnt there I can only install centre fan on my b550 Tomahawk Mobo, but the full AM4 kit will enable me to be able to rotate the cooler to install both fans. It does a fantastic job with the one 140 mm fan, keeping my 3600xt at around 35c (idle). I think the price is good as you do get the two fans, and it is a solid unit. Matt black is awesome to, will try to keep this updated as to when the AM4 mount arrives, had an email from ups today saying its due to arrive 22nd March so 6 days from the date I emailed them. So the AM4 kit was my only gripe, if you have an intel then the whole kit is there.
