Greater than one weekUsed on a 4790k mounted in a Coolermaster N300. Fits perfectly for a vertical exhaust, so my Arctic Cooling F12 on top sucks out the heat extremely well. This has kept my 4.7 GHz overclock cool at 69 degree celsius and 1.27V. Im also using Coollaboratory Liquid Pro, which has made an average of 4 degree celsius difference.

I bought this heatsink without paying too much attention to be honest, just that after ordering I thought about reading back reviews and realized it is supposed to be a premium heatsink.
