Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

I have had my I7-3770K for years. Been having cooling issues since day #1. Would try to game and stream my gaming online and the CPU would constantly overheat to the point the computer would shutdown to protect itself. Sometimes it would do it on games that were not very optimized. A colleague at work recommended this cooler. A little pricey, but it was definitely worth every penny. Tried the new game that was poorly optimized and it the processor temp barely spiked. Then I decided to stream me playing the game, and to my surprise the processor ran at the same temperature as if I was not streaming.

Fantastischischer Kühlkörper! Ist nicht ohne Grund der beste CPU-Kühler in den allermeisten Test. Ich würde sagen, er erreicht das Gleiche Niveau wie manch Wasserkühlsystem! Wenn man das passende Gehäuse hat (das Teil ist halt recht groß) und ca. 90 Euro ausgeben will, ist man hier genau richtig.

It keeps my 9900k (stock clocks, with 200mhz AVX offset) around 67C under load transcoding video in Handbrake. Gaming, Ive never seen it go over 60C.

Mega. Habe ihn auf meinen i7 8086k drauf gebaut und wer Intel ke NT, weiß dass die Prozessoren gerne warm laufen.

I do love the install hardware, ease of use, spring retention system. But this thing is HUGE. It makes removing the gpu/ram/headers for fans under it quite a pain. Overall I would recommend this if youre into air cooling and you like overclocking. Cools very nicely, but youll have to remove the fan where you put your hand to press the pcie retention clip.

Very good product. Keeps the PC at around 60C on Prime95 6600K, no overclock, but the fan isnt even running on max.

This is the best CPU Air Cooler out there, but you gotta keep in mind that it really is huge, it is a monster! So make sure the second fan fits with the ram memory you have. I made the mistake not to check, and I now use it with only 1 fan. Dunno how big a difference that makes, but it does make me a little bit sad :( Performancewise and loudness both 5 stars, even with only 1 fan.

came quickly and what a piece of kit. i researched it first and it is pretty much the best air cooler out there. it was incredibly easy to install and is absolutely brilliant. one thing i would say is make sure you check the dimensions of your case, as this is a beast and will need a pretty big case to fit it in - however if it will fit, snap one up - and i would recommend buying from here as youll get it in no time.

It is HUGE! I even expected to be big but it seems you cant just imagine how big this baby is. It cools very nicely and are quiet for most of the time.
