Noctua NH-U12S chromax.Black, 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler (Black)

Overall a great heatsink keeps CPU at max clock speed (havent tried with overclock) on ryzen 2700X.

Bought this for Ryzen 7 3800X build in a Inwin micro ATX case. I don’t like RGB so blacked out is perfect. I own many Noctua coolers and this blacked out edition performance is just as stellar. I use a IC Graphite thermal pad for the TIM. I picked up a second 120mm fan for this kit.

My CPU was getting too hot with my previous cooler and this one brought it down 20 degrees. It sits at 32° while idle and 62° during gaming. Im using a Ryzen 5600x btw.

Relativement facile à monter pour un ventirad de cette configuration, tout est présent dans la boite et on dispose dune notice de montage par type de proc.

I bought the Noctua NH-12S as a replacement for a Be Quiet! Pure Rock 2 cooler but I was very disappointed with the performance. The cooling capacity and the quietness of the Noctua is no better than the Pure Rock 2 and it costs less than half the price. The NH-12S may be a bit easier to install but removing it from a AM4 CPU is problematic as the crossbar fouls the threaded studs on the brackets attached to the back plate, so it is necessary to unscrew the brackets before twisting the cooler to prevent ripping out the CPU. There are positives such as the fan clips are very easy to attach and it certainly looks good. I thought with Noctuas reputation for quality it would be much better. If it were priced £40-£50 it would be a much better buy, but at the current price a couldnt recommend it

What is there to not like? Amazing performance, no noise, and looks amazing in all black (I have custom covers and rubber pads to add more asthetic). It some of the best CPU cooling performance available and the price makes it truly unbeatable. Installation was also quick and easy

While my friend was the one who installed it for me, the installation was simple and straightforward. The built quality is also top-notch as expected. It definitely keeps my CPU cool at around 67 Celsius when operating multiple softwares. Black-out products are fire.

All parts are metal: no situation when one metal part breaks plastic part, very solid, it was joy to instal. Using with LGA 1700.

Ich kann den Kühler nur empfehlen, er kühlt einen 6-Kern Prozessor von Intel (i5 9600KF) zuverlässig.
