Shipping was fast, straight from Austria to Western US during the pandemic. Exceeded my expectations! Thanks! This thing works! The stock cooler was garbage and I had endless overheating problems. This solved it. A bit louder than I would prefer, but if cools the CPU at a superb level, so whats not to like?

this cpu cooler preforms better than expected. stays quiet under load and keeps my i5-7400 below 65 degrees F.

This heatsink is incredibly well made. It has overall decreased my CPU temps by an avg of 10-15c. Would def recommend if you have a case big enough to support it.

What was once the king of the air coolers has sadly fallen to the bottom of the pile. Noctua took the easiest, most well-built installation method and reverted to an old-school method that requires the placement of screws into the backplate (they used to be pre-attached) using plastic c-clips to hold it in place (cheap, easily broken) and Noctua includes two spare c-clips because, it says in the instructions, they can be damaged easily. The previous version of this cooler was practically impossible to install wrong or damage any of the components. So, Noctua kept the same model number, kept the same price, but completely changed the mounting method and materials. It is now one of the most difficult coolers to install because there are a lot of mistakes you can make.

Der Kühler kommt ordentlich verpackt mit allem benötigten Befestigungsmaterial und eigener Wärmeleitpaste, was die Installation sehr einfach gestaltet. Das befestigen war leicht und ging schnell, einfach passende Metalhalterungen wie in der Anleitung beschrieben auf das Motherboard setzen, dann den Kühler anbringen und zum Schluss den Lüfter mit den integrierten Clips befestigen. Der Lüfter hat vorinstallierte anti vibrationspads aus Gummi. Im Betrieb ist der Kühler kaum hörbar, selbst bei Last ist er sehr leise. Die Temperatur liegt mit 3 Gehäuse Lüftern in meinem Medium Tower bei maximal 70-75°C und das im Sommer bei 24-26°C Zimmertemperatur. Zu dem sieht der komplett schwarze Kühlkörper mit dem schwarzen Lüfter super schlicht und edel aus. Der Kühler mit Lüfter ist zu dem relativ schmal was bei meinem 4 RAM Riegel setup recht wichtig war. Das einzige manko ist meiner Meinung nach der stolze Preis. Man kriegt bei Noctua einen sehr guten Service und eine lange Garantiezeit geboten, allerdings ist die Konkurrenz davon auch nicht mehr weit ab.

Wie immer bei Noctua ein tolles Produkt. Ich würde noch einen zusätzlichen Lüfter empfehlen, um die Geräuschkulisse noch niedriger zu halten als sie es eh schon ist. Die schwarze Farbe des Kühlers sorgt für einen richtig edlen Look, der meiner Meinung nach eine gute Verbesserung gegenüber dem Vorgänger ist. Fühlt sich sehr wertig an. Gute und einfache Installation. Der beigelegte Schraubenzieher blätterte bei mir ein bisschen ab.

E risaputo che la Noctua conduca le danze nel settore dei dissipatori ad aria e delle ventole e questo dissipatore non è da meno.
