> 3 dayI know, I know, Noctua are the last word in PC air cooling. Honestly though, Ive found this performs about as well in cooling my Ryzen 5 5600X as my old Cooler Master Hyper 212, while costing twice as much. One area this shines though is how absurdly easy it is to mount the thing. Every review Ive read about Noctua products has made the same point, and it definitely makes a huge difference to the experience of building a PC, especially since my last cooler was for me the most frustrating component to work with in the entire build.

> 3 dayExactly what I needed in my computer. Essentially silent under normal workloads, and its simple black color scheme is so much better than the gaudy stock cooler that came with my cpu. Installing was simple, following the included instructions, and they even included high quality thermal paste in the box. Highly recommend noctua cooling products for your computer

> 3 dayI bought this in a rush to replace my NZXT Kraken AIO that had suddenly kicked the bucket causing my CPU to thermal throttle while doing simple tasks - couldnt be happier! I configured it with the radiator fan from the defunct AIO in a push-pull setup and its actually keeping my CPU cooler than the AIO ever had. I get average idle temps around 32c on an overclocked i7 8700k , and under load I have yet to see my temps exceed 85c.

Greater than one weekIve always heard Noctua coolers are fantastic for their cooling performance and silent operation. And yes they sure are amazing. It managed to keep my Ryzen 5 1600 OCd to 3.9GHZ on 1.36v under 70° Celsius through 1 hour RealBench and ten Cinebench R20 stress test. On idle, it would be around 25° - 35° Celsius. The Wraith stock cooler would easily go up to 95° Celsius which was uncomfortably high before it shut itself down during stress test. Would definitely buy again for future builds.
