> 3 dayThis is an extremely quite fan on this heatsink. The mounting system is very flexible for your application and is easy to assemble. The kit comes with everything you need including heatsink compound and even a screw driver.

> 3 dayI am running a AMD 2600x, on the stock cooler, I would see 85+ temps regularly, even though I had a very aggressive fan profile set. I have three massive case fans, I cant hear them at all going at 100%, but the stock fan was loud, even louder than my gpu fans combined when rendering in iray.

> 3 dayI got this to replace Arctic Freezer 34 CO for my AMD 5800x CPU to hopefully decrease 5800x temps which runs very hot unlike any other AMD CPU of same generation. Unfortunately there is no temperature difference or all core clock boost difference between Arctic Freezer and this Noctua, using same thermal paste. Even in terms of noise - this Noctua cooler is just as loud as the 34 CO when fan is at max speed. And the mounting system is not significantly better in terms of ease of mounting. So if you want to save yourself some money - go with Arctic Freezer 34 CO.

> 3 dayI purchased the Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 to replace the AMD Wraith cooler that came with my Ryzen 2700X. I run distributed computing apps like Einstein at Home so thus 100% CPU loads. While the Wraith kept CPU temps within the safety threshold it couldnt do it without making a lot of noise. The Noctua can. Its virtually silent and temps average 10C cooler to boot. This model is easy to install but make sure your AM4 motherboard has the stock AMD CPU backplate as this cooler uses it (most decent boards do). Please note that this cooler has no flashy LED lighting. Its a bit ugly but its built to perform with 10 heatpipes versus the Wraiths 4. The fan is easy to remove for cleaning and it does have an option for a second fan and even coming with the mounting hardware for one. If you run your Ryzen hard then this is the cooler for you.

> 3 dayI wanted something quieter and more efficient than the stock Wraith Stealth cooler that came in the box with my AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. I considered all available air coolers. I read a lot of reviews before making my final decision and the Noctua NH-U12S was my first choice. This CPU cooler is one of the best out there. I installed a second Noctua NF-F12 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan on it using the extra mounting clips which came in the box with this cooler and my CPU runs very cool and quiet! Dont hesitate if you need a very good air cooler. The Noctua NH-U12S is the best available choice and it will not break your budget.

> 3 dayLove the design and small form factor of this cooler. Have it mounted on a mini ITX motherboard inside a NZXT H210i. No clearance issues with RAM or side glass. Can fit another fan on the rear for even more cooling power. The only squeeze is with the top fan, which is a normal size Noctua. Though that’s mostly due to the small case and the fact that I could use a thinner profile fan but chose not to.

Greater than one weekIf youve ever installed a cooler on your CPU, you know the utter torture that came with the process of attaching it to the CPU/mobo. Once you understand the idea behind this particular cooling tower design, you will see how this system is more efficient and user friendly than anything Ive ever seen. Id call it revolutionary (I dont own company stock - Im just a consumer). The key here is knowing that the metal BACKplate of your motherboard CPU is a critical component, and if you take both black plastic AM4 brackets off at the same time, that plate will FALL to the inside back of the case. Youre gonna need that plate to stay snuggled up to its original position on the backside of the mobo. If it falls, youre likely gonna have to take the entire mobo out of the case to do this install (a MUCH MORE lengthy and frustrating process).

> 3 dayHandily beats the stock AMD cooler that came with my Ryzen 3600X; temperatures are 10C lower at idle and the fan is virtually silent. It is a bit of a pain to install as you need to fuss with it a bit to get the screw-downs on the cooler crossbar to line-up with the threaded posts on the mounting bracket. Based on past experience, Im sure the Cooler Master Hyper 212 would have been nearly as effective for $20+ less, but when you want the best...

> 3 dayI am so happy i follower my instinct and trust the reviews. I got the se m4 single fan version. My processor, a ryzen 5 3600 came with the stealth cooler, and I was not happy with the results. I was in the 60-70 degree range pretty much all the time. As soon as I installed this new fan/heatsink, my temps dropped to the 30s and worst case in the high 40s
