> 3 dayI was looking for a better cooler for my new Gen 3 Ryzen chip. It was running almost 80C during games on the included wraith cooler and I just wasnt going to have that. Ive had good luck with temps from aftermarket coolers from CoolerMaster in the past (the hyper 212 line) but my god the installation was always rage-inducing. Seriously. Installing those things will make you hate your life and re-examine all of the choices you made in your life that led up to that point.

Greater than one weekI have installed the Noctua cooler on a Ryzen 5 3600. While I am not overclocking it, I wanted a decent and silent CPU cooler option and this does the job perfectly as I cannot hear it. Temperature peaks at around 68C in summer while gaming, so I am fairly happy. Idle / low activity temperature stays around 35-45C.

> 3 dayI got this to replace Arctic Freezer 34 CO for my AMD 5800x CPU to hopefully decrease 5800x temps which runs very hot unlike any other AMD CPU of same generation. Unfortunately there is no temperature difference or all core clock boost difference between Arctic Freezer and this Noctua, using same thermal paste. Even in terms of noise - this Noctua cooler is just as loud as the 34 CO when fan is at max speed. And the mounting system is not significantly better in terms of ease of mounting. So if you want to save yourself some money - go with Arctic Freezer 34 CO.

> 3 dayHe sustituido my Spire Wrait (Si, el disipador que viene de serie con Ryzen) por este y la verdad que ha logrado bajar la temperatura en torno unos 15-20 grados en Full-Load y en Idle solo ha bajado unos 8-10 aun asi más que aceptable partiendo que es solo 1 fan de 120mm y es el hermano pequeño del D15

> 3 dayUsed for cooling a Ryzen 2600. Best air cooler Ive ever used - period. Idle temps: ~33C, load temps: ~40C, extreme load temps (all cpus at 100% for several minutes): ~56C. This is in a high air flow case with 3 120mm Noctua PWM case fans.
