15-06-2025Upgraded my CPU from an AMD FX 990 to I59600k and it works perfect. Just make sure you switch over to the different springs too!

> 3 dayDoes exactly what it should; allows for an older Noctua cooler to mount to a Socket 115x motherboard. Appears high quality, like all Noctua products Ive purchased.

> 3 dayAll of Noctuas products exude quality and, funnily enough, this mounting kit is no exception. It comes neatly packaged in foam cutouts that fit each component perfectly. The Noctua mounting system was really easy to use; I would buy their products again in a heartbeat.

> 3 dayI snapped off one of the anchor bolts on my rig when setting up my D15. Probably a poorly casted bolt, as I was not torquing on it at all. Got this set as a replacement and it worked perfectly with my D15.

Greater than one weekOrdered this because I bought a Noctua NH-D14 fan that said it would mount directly to my motherboard but found out after getting the fan that it did not. This mounting kit contained everything needed to attach the fan to my Asus Z-87A motherboard with an i7-4770k processor. Easy to understand instructions and great packaging.

> 3 daySo I was putting my pc parts in an old Powermac G5. wanted to keep a lot of original parts. What a headache. Anyway one of my last little touches was putting the old G5 heatsink which as an absolute monster onto my i7, which had two fans pushing into a tunnel dedicated for the heatsink, and two fans exhausting, all Noctua of course. All I had to do was find a way to mount their weird proprietary heatsink to a modern LGA 1200 i7 processor. I looked around everywhere, kinda finally went out on a limb and bought this kit, and it actually fits. I did have to drill out two holes just about 0.5 mm over, but I laughed when I actually lined it all up and discovered it would secure the heatsink down. No problems so far, and I dont foresee any since anything Noctua Ive ever had outlasts whatever its cooling. My old max temps were 75c with the stock cooler, and the heat would throttle down my processor, now with the powermac cooler with this kit I am getting about 52 max with no throttling, so it works well. I also like how it came in premium packaging for simple hardware. Quality company.

> 3 dayI’m on the fence about this. I’ve read reviews, seen it work, but for me, horrible luck.
