Noctua NM-i115x-1200, Mounting Kit for Noctua CPU Coolers on Intels LGA115x/LGA1200 Platforms

My last PC build was 8 years ago with a Socket 2011 Intel i7 4930k processor. I used a Noctua NH-U14S CPU cooler because it was the most efficient & quietest air cooler available. It kept my 4930k running cool for the entire time Ive owned it, so I wanted to reuse it for my new build.

I snapped off one of the anchor bolts on my rig when setting up my D15. Probably a poorly casted bolt, as I was not torquing on it at all. Got this set as a replacement and it worked perfectly with my D15.

Astonishingly well packaged for an add-on kit. Packaged like a fine watch. Worked just great going to a new socket 1150 board.

Came with all parts I needed for a great price.

I accidentally bought the 2011 version NHd14, and this fixed my mistake

Pros: Works well and extends the life of older heatsinks

I was nearly certain I had cross-threaded A mounting screw upon installation of my NH-D15.

I’m on the fence about this. I’ve read reviews, seen it work, but for me, horrible luck.

Does what it needs to do, well made and sorted.

While I it seemed that this kit doesnt work with NH-U9DXi4, I bought and was able to use this kit to install NH-U9DXi4 on my 1151 motherboard/cpu.
