I take these fish oil supplements daily as recommended by my doctor. They are much cheaper on Amazon than in my local stores, so I bought a bottle here. The gel-caps in this bottle are sort of soft/squishy--the ones Ive bought in the past were quite firm with a thicker capsule. I assume they melted a bit due to heat in the warehouse and during shipment. Im using this bottle but Ill buy the next one locally even though its more expensive. I give this two stars purely because of the heat issue--theyre a great fish oil supplement, otherwise. No fish burps and very purified to avoid mercury and other contaminants.

Great substitute fir omega3 acidesthers, the purified form. Bought the insurance covered one at greater expence to help cover my initial $400 deductable. This month ordered this one at 1/4 the price.

Great product, Omega Xtra was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist for excessive dry eye condition among other things and it seemed to be the key missing piece I needed to control my condition. Ill definitely be buying additional bottles as I am almost finish my initial supply.
