These are great fish oil softgels. They are smaller than the regular ones which makes them much easier to swallow. Plus the strawberry after taste is better than the lemon. I would definitely recommend.

The amount of packaging for a little bottle is ridiculous. This really has to stop. I don’t even need the littlest box it comes in and the TWO other boxes? Come on! Update: Still just as bad. Nordic, you need to cut down on the excessive packaging! The bottle is plenty. Please, no more cardboard boxes inside more cardboard boxes. Thx

I take these fish oil supplements daily as recommended by my doctor. They are much cheaper on Amazon than in my local stores, so I bought a bottle here. The gel-caps in this bottle are sort of soft/squishy--the ones Ive bought in the past were quite firm with a thicker capsule. I assume they melted a bit due to heat in the warehouse and during shipment. Im using this bottle but Ill buy the next one locally even though its more expensive. I give this two stars purely because of the heat issue--theyre a great fish oil supplement, otherwise. No fish burps and very purified to avoid mercury and other contaminants.

Am thankful I have been able to get such a good price for the Nordic Natural products recommended by my ophthalmologist. So far, they have been helpful for my system.

Initially, I purchased the ultimate Omega Xtra and though the capsule is huge yet is easy to swallow, a plus. I love this product and decided to order their omega 3 without D3 as I am taking it separately. Very pleased with it and help my dry eyes.

Good product

Ive taken the product for quite some time and have been pleased. Please note that if you do any tracking of your heart rate, the Vitamin D will give you a slight increase. I already take 3000 IU / day, I have noticed per my Fitbit my heart rate has been higher off and on over the past couple of months, I could not make any sense of it. When I reached for the bottle 2 days ago I saw the flashing extra 1000 IU of Vitamin D and that explained the increase in BPM. The only reason I know is that about a year ago Id experimented with Vit D levels in an attempt to help with joint / muscle pain. I just want to give folks a heads up.
