This was recommended to me by one of my eye doctors to help improve my vision. I had stayed away from Omega 3 supplements because I was worried about them being fishy tasting (I have a serious gag reflex related to fishy tasting foods). I was pleasantly surprised to find that these dont have any taste at all, even after swallowing them (Ive tried other supplements that leave you burping up fish taste afterwards). My doctor said hed done research and rated this one really highly, so Ive stuck with it ever since. I would definitely recommend it!

The amount of packaging for a little bottle is ridiculous. This really has to stop. I don’t even need the littlest box it comes in and the TWO other boxes? Come on! Update: Still just as bad. Nordic, you need to cut down on the excessive packaging! The bottle is plenty. Please, no more cardboard boxes inside more cardboard boxes. Thx

Like them because they are all natural and doesn’t leave an after taste

These have a slight lemon taste. They dont really taste fishy at all like most other Omega capsules do. These are pleasant to take & I do feel that they work. I would recommend them.

I have been using this product for a while now. It has been good. No after taste.

If you know your fish oils you will know that Nordic Naturals is gold line standard brand. Its the winner, the best, the least likely to give you fishy burps or smell like the fish mongers on a hot day. Why three stars? Well, I dont like paying an arm and a leg compared to other brands...yet in this case you get what you pay for. Cheaper brands tend to be encapsulated badly and arent tested as well leaving one with often rancid oil. For me, fish oil can upset the stomach. This is the least likely brand that has done so, but after about two weeks it just does not sit well. If you want a quality oil, this is it. If you cannot stomach the capsules because of a sensitivity, try Barleans flavored smoothie bottles. And do not order any fish oil thats going to sit outside in the sun on a hot afternoon in a box! Order up in the cool or cold months and freeze them. Omega 3s are very good for you. I would recommend everyone try fish oil. See what brand works for you, its a healthy choice. Brain food as well as inflammation treating.

D3 and Omega-3 should be taken together for best absorption. 2 in the morning and Im good to go. No fishy after taste. Its a little more $$ than Id like to pay. You can purchase D3 and Omega-3 separately at lower cost.

Is what I expected, very satisfied, would recommend it.

Nordic Naturals is the only fish oil vitamin I take. Good stuff!
