Huge and a challenge to swallow but slick enough to get it down. Zero taste or aftertaste. No poop stink either. Good for the heart and arteries! Works great and you can feel the difference. I highly recommend so much so? I got the subscription!

If you know your fish oils you will know that Nordic Naturals is gold line standard brand. Its the winner, the best, the least likely to give you fishy burps or smell like the fish mongers on a hot day. Why three stars? Well, I dont like paying an arm and a leg compared to other brands...yet in this case you get what you pay for. Cheaper brands tend to be encapsulated badly and arent tested as well leaving one with often rancid oil. For me, fish oil can upset the stomach. This is the least likely brand that has done so, but after about two weeks it just does not sit well. If you want a quality oil, this is it. If you cannot stomach the capsules because of a sensitivity, try Barleans flavored smoothie bottles. And do not order any fish oil thats going to sit outside in the sun on a hot afternoon in a box! Order up in the cool or cold months and freeze them. Omega 3s are very good for you. I would recommend everyone try fish oil. See what brand works for you, its a healthy choice. Brain food as well as inflammation treating.

Great quality, good price, added Vitamin D and the product was on time and well packed.

If you can not take the oil directly I would highly recommend this. Best Fish Oil I have found on the market.

No fishy taste and is a great product!

I struggled with other fish oil formulations before stumbling onto these. I’ve been using them for a few months and the flavor is still great, no fishiness at all! Plus they help my joints! Definitely subscribing to this one

Ive taken the product for quite some time and have been pleased. Please note that if you do any tracking of your heart rate, the Vitamin D will give you a slight increase. I already take 3000 IU / day, I have noticed per my Fitbit my heart rate has been higher off and on over the past couple of months, I could not make any sense of it. When I reached for the bottle 2 days ago I saw the flashing extra 1000 IU of Vitamin D and that explained the increase in BPM. The only reason I know is that about a year ago Id experimented with Vit D levels in an attempt to help with joint / muscle pain. I just want to give folks a heads up.
