Love Nordic natural fish oil

Great substitute fir omega3 acidesthers, the purified form. Bought the insurance covered one at greater expence to help cover my initial $400 deductable. This month ordered this one at 1/4 the price.

Ive taken the product for quite some time and have been pleased. Please note that if you do any tracking of your heart rate, the Vitamin D will give you a slight increase. I already take 3000 IU / day, I have noticed per my Fitbit my heart rate has been higher off and on over the past couple of months, I could not make any sense of it. When I reached for the bottle 2 days ago I saw the flashing extra 1000 IU of Vitamin D and that explained the increase in BPM. The only reason I know is that about a year ago Id experimented with Vit D levels in an attempt to help with joint / muscle pain. I just want to give folks a heads up.

I know Nordic Naturals is always rated super high and is always said to be a good fish oil. I have used this particular kind with the vitamin D added and I have used the Ultimate Omega without the vitamin D. You wonder if it is really working. Well I will tell you this... I get blood tests about every 4-6 months and when I got my blood tests while I was using Sports Research Omega-3 fish oil, my Omega-3 levels always came back at an optimum, perfect range. When I had taken Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega, my blood test showed great levels of Omega 3s Etc. BUT, this time that I had been taking the Nordic Naturals with Vitamin D, my blood test results came back that the omega-3 Etc was a little low. I was surprised. I had been taking the same dose that I had always been taking. My opinion and my gut feeling, was I did not like this Nordic Naturals with vitamin D. It obviously didnt work as well and I just felt in my gut that it didnt work as well even before I found out the blood test results. The other thing I didnt like about Nordic Naturals, in general, is they can give you fish burps sometimes with it. With the Sports Research Omega 3 Fish Oil, I dont ever get that. I think I will go back and stick to my Sports Research Omega 3 Fish Oil. The only reason I tried Nordic Naturals again was because I ran out of my Sports Research Omega 3 Fish Oil and it was sold out on Amazon, so it would be longer than usual for delivery.

I have been using this for years. I can really tell a difference whe not taking it. My joints hurt. It is very potent and I am able to skip days here and there and it stays in my system for a while.
