Have used Norton Security virus protection for many years. Renew every year. Glad to see with Lifelock now.

Awesome product and security services. Disappointed in Automatic Renewal claws. My family was a 20 plus years user retail purchaser, manually code activation renewal. I am really concerned with security personnel privacy information mandatory pressure. Please,understand I am saddened only by this new policy. Norton was always my Best Security software provider... Dont sign up for the auto renewal. May save time but costs market value. Better off looking for a deal on Amazon for 1/4 the price. Originally had the AV and they kept replacing with 360 program. I didnt need all that was offered, just an anti virus program. Tech support is non-existent unless you know where to find it. Then good luck.

Ive been using Norton internet protection for a couple of decades. Its easy to use & Ive never had any virus problems.

I cant get this to install and keep getting DIFFERENT error messages. Support did a remote and totally screwed up my computer. He took away the window for me to talk to him and that allowed me to end it. When he started going through my desktop and personal files I had no choice but to shut down. Multiple calls to people that I just cant understand took up hours of my time. Norton refuses to help me. I have written a letter through the BBB hoping someone will understand me when I ask for someone without a heavy accent to help me. I asked multiple time on the phone and just got someone even harder to understand. Im 65, my hearing is great but as we age we lose some ability in sound distinction, especially when someone is talking 100 mph. Getting very close to returning and checking out Macafee

Ive never used any anti-virus product except Norton but I will never buy another Norton product ever again. They do nothing but spam you to death. I wanted no contact with the vendor at all other than automatic updates which is why I went to Amazon in the first place. All I wanted is a product to keep malware off my computer and not be bothered to death with emails from the vendor. This is not a vitamin. I dont need one a day. I did not know I was purchasing spam. They should not need any financial information from me period since I did not buy the product directly from them. I went to Amazon in the first place to avoid contact with vendors. Emails offering 15 month subscription if I will select auto renew. Unselecting auto-renew apparently wasnt enough of a hint. Please I will find another product when this one expires after 12 months. I want nothing to do with this company ever again.

Couldnt install since it wouldnt work even with Norton Technical Support.

My computer used to take about 5 minutes to start up. It is up in less than 2 minutes now. I hope it stays tha way.

You do get bombarded with ads for other products the company try’s to sell you. No way to turn off the ads. Norten makes no mention of this, it gets annoying and over use the fear factor! Shame on Norten!
