As most people have noticed Norton prefers you to renew an annual subscription and becomes outrageously expensive year after year. Why would I pay Norton over a hundred dollars every year when its cheaper getting a new key code each year online or at local store. Its the same product. Nothing changes as far as the software itself except Norton over charging customers. The main issue to beware of if you change your key code sooner than your previous years expiration date Norton will remove that time remaining on the previous year left remaining. So mark it on your calendar what date you installed your software product so you reinstall your new software on the expiration date to get every day out of the product.

Awesome product and security services. Disappointed in Automatic Renewal claws. My family was a 20 plus years user retail purchaser, manually code activation renewal. I am really concerned with security personnel privacy information mandatory pressure. Please,understand I am saddened only by this new policy. Norton was always my Best Security software provider... Ive never used any anti-virus product except Norton but I will never buy another Norton product ever again. They do nothing but spam you to death. I wanted no contact with the vendor at all other than automatic updates which is why I went to Amazon in the first place. All I wanted is a product to keep malware off my computer and not be bothered to death with emails from the vendor. This is not a vitamin. I dont need one a day. I did not know I was purchasing spam. They should not need any financial information from me period since I did not buy the product directly from them. I went to Amazon in the first place to avoid contact with vendors. Emails offering 15 month subscription if I will select auto renew. Unselecting auto-renew apparently wasnt enough of a hint. Please I will find another product when this one expires after 12 months. I want nothing to do with this company ever again.

I purchase this every year. It is a lot cheaper than purchasing online directly from Norton. You get everything that they promise on the box and the VPN is great.

I cant get this to install and keep getting DIFFERENT error messages. Support did a remote and totally screwed up my computer. He took away the window for me to talk to him and that allowed me to end it. When he started going through my desktop and personal files I had no choice but to shut down. Multiple calls to people that I just cant understand took up hours of my time. Norton refuses to help me. I have written a letter through the BBB hoping someone will understand me when I ask for someone without a heavy accent to help me. I asked multiple time on the phone and just got someone even harder to understand. Im 65, my hearing is great but as we age we lose some ability in sound distinction, especially when someone is talking 100 mph. Getting very close to returning and checking out Macafee

Do not order this product. After the product key was accepted it would not download. I needed to contact Norton. So I went on live chat and they gave me a phone # to call, which I did. From there they told me they would check into it so against my better judgment I allowed them to get into my cp. From there it went downhil;l fast! He started hinting around there would be a price for this work. When I told him NO I would not pay etter usiness would be hearing from me, the tech hung up on me. When I went back into Live chat as to this issue, they starten swearing in their language which I belive was Indian dialect. WARNING do not buy Norton from Amazon!

I worked with Norton Support for close to two hours to get this product to work on my iPhone. COMPLETE waste of my time. I purchased this for three devices and I am now unable to use it.
