Dont sign up for the auto renewal. May save time but costs market value. Better off looking for a deal on Amazon for 1/4 the price. Originally had the AV and they kept replacing with 360 program. I didnt need all that was offered, just an anti virus program. Tech support is non-existent unless you know where to find it. Then good luck.

I have had Norton installed on my computers for over 12 years. Never had an issue with a virus and tech support has been excellent. The $$ price that this was offered was a no brainer in comparison to purchasing at Staples or Best Buy.

Its a recent purchase. To soon to see how well it protect your computer.

I use this every year. Its really expensive when it auto renews. You have to submit your credit card info to install. Be sure to turn off the auto renew feature after install!! Otherwise its full price charged to your CC after this 1 year subscription runs out.

Always but the introductory offers … much cheaper than annual license

Ive been using Norton for quite a number of years. Seems to me it does what its supposed to do. Its easy to install. I ordered the Key Card Version so I have the physical product key in my closet. Years ago I read reviews regarding Norton; i.e. renewal agreements, key card vs download key, magazine articles comparing security suites, etc. Heres the bottom line: Norton 360 Deluxe appears to be a good product; however, it rankles the heck out of me regarding their marketing by means of automatic renewals. Theyre unclear just enough to make uninitiated users wary of how to purchase the product and how much to spend. Not all users pay the same price for the same product. To make it worse, seems to me those with little understanding or knowledge of whats happening pay the most. Yes, I know many software companies are using the subscription route to software marketing, and many use auto renewal. I find that disturbing. Ive been a devoted user for years and I have to guard against Norton walking me into a renewal at a price triple/quad what I can pay just by buying a new subscription -- yes, they call it a subscription. I only own the product for a use period of one year. Then, if Im not paying attention, theyll hit me with an exorbitant renewal charge. To make matters more dubious, at the end of the subscription, Norton will send you an offer of renewal for actually less than buying a retail new subscription, but includes a prominent disclaimer that it will renew for four times the offer theyre dangling in front of you. I couldnt get Norton support to tell me if that was a cancellable subscription or if I was committed to the much, much higher rate a year in the future. So, I went back to my technique of buying a new retail subscription, at the lowest price I could find, because I knew I could then immediately cancel the auto renewal as soon as I had it installed. I have the new Key Card in my possession, then on the day the old subscrption expires, I install the new. What a stupid, stupid process. Apparently, Norton makes more money by this devious/dubious marketing technique than they would by respecting current customers or by pushing annoyed customers to try another product. You have to take care of yourself. Other marketers are using the same technique.

Update: this was supposedly successfully canceled a month go.. yet I keep getting notices its still going through with a renewal order.. this better be happening. If I could give this any more negative feedback I would. Its been a real mess right from the start. im sorry. i purchased this product with amazon. a 1 yr subscription . that is trying to collect now after 6 months? for a whole next year starting now- nov 14th 2022.. which should not see until june 2023. not happy with norton, its done this before. totally messed up and slows everything done drastically. plus, for some reason, it went and deleted a whole bunch of files right first thing- definitely a piss- off on my bad side.. this needs canceled immediately. not going the full year if its charging me now.

Cant beat Norton, for Computer Protection. Amazon has a Cheaper price.

I have been using this product for years and have been satisfied. The price is good and service is good. I will continue buying this product.
