> 3 daySubscription renewed automatically at $103.00. My fault for not disabling Auto-Renew, but I never received an advance notice for bank account debit. I checked Spam folder and it was not there. My checking account was overdrawn. You cannot simply ask for a credit. Someone overseas argued with me for a while, then tried to sell me another less expensive subscription. I repeated cancel, cancel, cancel, and finally I got my credit. I was on the phone for 30 min, first trying to reach someone, then fighting with the Customer Service rep. What a pain, I do not recommend this product due to the sad customer support.

> 3 dayIn the past Norton was easy to install, not now. Had to keep going back and redoing it to get it downloaded, while there are options to ad at additional cost, hard to know what youre suppose to get. Took several attempts to add it to cell phone, tried email and text. Now I have a Norton icon on my phone screen thats in the way and I have no idea how to remove. Looking to go with other options next year

Greater than one weekI purchase this every year. It is a lot cheaper than purchasing online directly from Norton. You get everything that they promise on the box and the VPN is great.

> 3 dayIts a great antivirus and VPN is getting better. Has a lot of features and functions but the constant reminders, nag pop-ups, and offering of additional services for more money have gotten out of hand. To the point, I will be going to another provider after this expires. I also hate having to register a valid credit or debit card for software you have already bought and paid for. I have been using it for many years and unless they reverse course on all the nonsense, I will be using another product at expiration.

> 3 dayI cant get this to install and keep getting DIFFERENT error messages. Support did a remote and totally screwed up my computer. He took away the window for me to talk to him and that allowed me to end it. When he started going through my desktop and personal files I had no choice but to shut down. Multiple calls to people that I just cant understand took up hours of my time. Norton refuses to help me. I have written a letter through the BBB hoping someone will understand me when I ask for someone without a heavy accent to help me. I asked multiple time on the phone and just got someone even harder to understand. Im 65, my hearing is great but as we age we lose some ability in sound distinction, especially when someone is talking 100 mph. Getting very close to returning and checking out Macafee

> 3 dayI needed to renew my Norton subscription for my desktop but my previous subscription was for one device and I needed one that would also allow for installation on my notebook computer. Symantec had sent me a renewal notice that I was going to be charged the full MSRP, and that was not going to happen! I did research and several sites said that the Norton 360 Deluxe version was the best combination of features and price. Amazon had it priced far below what Symantec was charging online, so I decided to order the card instead of downloading as I still had a month before renewal, plus I could get the 3-device version which met my needs. Amazon had it delivered in plenty of time. (After I ordered, Symantec reduced the price online so that it was competitive with Amazon, but I was already ticked off with their original intention to charge full MSRP on renewal so I preferred to order from Amazon and give Jeff B. my money!
