This is a great product at a great price point! We use it daily as it helps prevent cold sores and viruses.

I have been taking Lysine for many years. This product is the same, but less expensive than most. The capsules are fairly large, but I have no difficulty swallowing them.

The package arrived safely and I was able to intercept UPS before it was left in the heat. For those in warmer climates delivering vitamins, etc. leave a cooler for UPS to drop off temperature sensitive items like these. Its too early for results on the Lysine, was taking extra lysine to recover from surgery.

Probably placebo

3 pack purchase made it worth the price. NOW Food quality has always been good and I am pleased with their products.

Starting taking and I’m already feeling a lift in my mood and energy, maybe just the placebo effect but still solid.

I have a tendency to get fever blisters if I get a sneezing spell or a mild fever, almost anything like a cold or a bug of sometime, I usedd to take Lysine when that happened to try and fight those pesky cold sores and fever blisters at bay, I have now started taking one of thesse Lysine daily with my other supplements aand it seems to be helping more then just the taking of them when it a;pears I may be at risk, I am not sure one kind is better thhen the next but these are reasonably priced and easy too swallow, will buy again when I run low, I purchased these from Amazon as I have started buuying all my supplements thru them as it is super convenient and evven with shipping as cheap as regular retailers, I love my Prime membership now and that gets things her fast and no shipping, as well as thier other benefits.

I used this brand for two years but recently had to change. They’ve done something different and the last two auto deliveries I’ve gotten of this was not the same as the product I used for two years. It’s smells like rotten milk now and makes me gag . Save your time and money and stay clear of it.

A must for me as an immune boost, nothing works better. I have been taking it for 3-4 years with great results during sick season. Highly recommend. If you feeling sick or get a sore blister -double/triple the dose.
