Ive been trying to take this every morning. Seems to work just fine. But make sure to take with food or you can get some fishy burps. Ha!

i have high blood pressure (on medication) and my attending physician recommended this. this should be added to your daily intake if you are a baby boomer. easy to swallow; no aftertaste & no aftermath reaction in re digestion, etc., et al.
