i go through this stuff like crack. not actually crack but, you know what i mean. i have chronically dry hands and my fingertips are always cracked and irritated. i cant say that this cured my dry hands, because i do believe my dry skin is a genetic/internal/dietary condition rather than one that can be magically cured by any cream. but this is the only stuff that makes my life manageable, it can make even the driest hands feel soft when its on. i dont go anywhere without this stuff. i have at least 4 tubes lying around my most populated locations at any time. would highly recommend. have already gotten some of my friends hooked - you dont need to have cracked hands to love it! the best part is that it dries non-greasy, allowing me to use my phone/keyboard/do yoga/etc without leaving grease everywhere or slipping. i never leave amazon reviews but this stuff (and carmex chapstick) are my lord n savior.

O’Keeffe’s Working Hands - My hands take a beating in my daily job. Have tried various products and always come back to O’Keeffe’s. Quickly absorbed into the skin, not overly greasy and not overly scented. Just right for the working man.

This is the best hand cream, especially in winter. It works when others don’t.

This is probably the most incredible product Ive ever used. I have extremely dry hands- all year round, no matter how much water I drink, what soap I use, what lotion I use. They bleed often and its been like this since I was a kid and was getting sent to the nurse over it. Nothing made a difference- any lotion, eczema cream, psoriasis treatment. Ive tried the puck style OKeefes before and it acted like any other lotion. I can literally feel my skin split apart when I make a fist. Needless to say, when its not painful its itchy and otherwise uncomfortable. I had totally given up- Ive lived with this for 25 years, why continue to fight it? Id adjusted to the discomfort. The before pictures are from when I was applying lotion each night and sleeping in gloves and putting lotion on every time I got my hands wet. Thats a huge hassle and is terrible to sleep in, plus I go through tons of lotion. Recently, someone asked me how I burned my hands and it spiked me to look into remedies again since I realized my coworkers probably think Im diseased and I dont want to be bleeding all day at work. On a last ditch effort before going to the doctor for real, I tried this stuff. It fixed my hands in a couple days, with only 3 applications a day. It has improved my quality of life tremendously. I can wash my hands without pain and they look 50 years younger. I have never had something solve any problem so completely, quickly, and easily. This is, hands down (ha), the best stuff Ive ever used. I will use this until I die know that I know how nice it is to have normal skin and to not have constant pain and itching. Edit: June 2021 and Im still loving this stuff! Amazon says Ive purchased the two-pack 7 times, which really is not a lot for a year and a half of daily use. I use this each time I wash my hands during the work day, so more often now than the 3 times I started with- mostly because I really like the waxy feel some people complained about. It makes it easier to handle paper at work and it feels like it leaves a protective layer that keeps my hands from feeling dry in between uses. The last picture with bare nails/grey sleeve is the recent update one. This is the first time in my life that my hands have looked normal for more than a couple weeks at a time! I havent had anyone comment on them at all since Ive been using this lotion!

This stuff is incredible. I have some kind of psoriasis on my hands, which cause them to get very red, dry, scaly and itchy. My skin seems to lose its elasticity, causing it to rip open and bleed. Its very painful, and nothing Ive tried has worked to get rid of it, including prescription steroid cream. A friend who is a nurse recommended this hand cream to me after seeing my hands, saying a lot of the nurses she works with use it. I was hesitant to try it - most hand creams and lotions either dont work, or make my problem worse - but after reading a bunch of reviews, I figured Id give it a shot. Its cheaper than a copay for a dermatologist appointment, anyway. And it WORKS. This stuff is incredible! Ive been using it for about a week, applying a couple times per day, and my hands already almost look normal. Ive had a couple of instances of cracking, but overall theyre so much better. Less dry and itchy - and theyre even soft! This really does smell like absolutely nothing, and its not greasy and absorbs very quickly into the skin. I can put it on my hands at my desk at work and not get residue all over my keyboard or mouse.

I have had severely dry skin since I was a child. Have seen dermatology for years, and usually use topical steroid creams, aquaphor, Palmer’s cocoa butter +/- gloves at night. A friend recommended this product and the reviews seem glowing, given the low cost it seemed worth a try. The stuff is simply amazing. After two days of only using it at bedtime, my hands are soft and silky. No more cracks, no bleeding, haven’t used steroids since starting this cream!!! I am no longer embarrassed to have people touch the back of my hands or hold my husband’s hand. My skin used to be very dry and snake-like to the touch. I’m not even sure how this product is so amazing, the ingredients don’t seem like anything special. But I will tell the entire world this product is amazing. I’ve even started using it around my eyes to see if it helps with dry skin and wrinkles, even though I know it’s not made for the face. Hopefully it helps in that area as well.

I wash my hands ten, twenty times a hour and this is by far the best there is at restoring my skin. Not a lot is needed and it is not greasy or perfumy.

I can’t even begin to list all of the amazing things about this product. I am a nurse so I wash my hands and sanitize too many times a day to count. Then add in the baby bottles I wash by hand, and it left me with itchy, dry, cracked, and open splits on my hands. They hurt! After recommendations from other nurses, and reading the reviews I had to try it. If this product was 50$ I would still buy it, that’s how good it works! It’s non scented which I love, and I saw results the first day I used it. I couldn’t be happier, and more comfortable now! And also it doesn’t look like I have a flesh eating disease anymore! If you’re contemplating buying this, JUST DO IT, you won’t be disappointed!!

Bought this for two teenage boys with dry, chapped winter hands. They actually use it and like it.

This hand cream was strongly recommended by my dermatologist to help combat dry, cracking nails. I have used it for over a month. I noticed some change but continue to find the splitting nails to be a problem. My hands do seem to remain moist and soft. It has no noticeable scent, is not sticky and spreads easily. Perhaps longer use will help to combat the splitting nails.
