> 24 hourI seen a lot of positive reviews for this, so I ordered it. When I got it. The item was broken. The blade wont extract so I removed the blade holder to find that the thing that extracts the blade is broken. So it had a broken handle/extract or whatever you call it. Im returning the item back to get a new replacement. Hopefully that bot cutter is better than the one I received..

> 24 hourThis is another one of those things that I asked myself...why did you wait so long! I buy everything online these days and had been using my scissors to cut open the tapes on the boxes. They work, but sometimes feel awkward using the scissors that way. I had many many packages/boxes to open near Christmas, so finally gave in and bought this! Yes, this works wonderfully, and question to self...why did I wait so long! This cutter is very good quality. I like the sturdy rubber grip and the blade is in good thickness. Ive seen some cheap ones that either didnt have a good grip or the blade itself was too thin that it bend or chipped easily.

> 24 hourI have used other 9 mm utility knives for 50 years. This one is the best. The blade locks positively where other ones allow the blade to unlock and retract. The rubber grip gives a comfortable and (safe) non-slip grip. Buy this one and it will be the last one you will ever need to buy.
