This product is completely effective and easy to use. When I saw my dentist for whitening this was the product he gave me to use. I purchased the 35% which is definitely the way to go. You only need to wear your trays for 30 to 60 minutes. You only need a drop on each of the front teeth (no need for the back teeth) top and bottom. I can easily get 4+ applications out of one tube. If you are only getting two to three applications as recommended then you are using WAY too much. You will see the most results in the first few days. After that they get whiter just a little more each time. Well worth it in my opinion.

This stuff works well and I wanted to give people a tip on how to get rid of tooth sensitivity. The reason your teeth get sensitive or hurt is because the whitening removes the minerals from the enamel. My sensitivity was extreme. Id get those infamous zingers even with crest whitestrips. There was no way I was going to try something this strong. I ended up getting invisalign and whitening is highly recommended to make the final results that much better so my dentist told me how to stop the pain. You need a high quality toothpaste that will remineralize your teeth. I bought fluoridex sensitivity relief from my dentist. I believe sensodyne pronamel probably will as well since its marketed for remineralizing. I would compare the active ingredients or try to get the fluoridex. After you do the opalescense treatment then immediately put the toothpaste in the trays and leave that on your teeth for 30 minutes as well. This will remineralize your teeth. I have zero sensitivity now when I do the whitening treatments.

Make sure you do your research on the time you should have them in. My dr told me to put them on overnight in my Invisalign retainer. DONT DO THAT. It’s only meant to be a few hours at a time. If longer, it may make your gums sensitive for a couple days.

Ive done two treatments and see some difference, I was a smoker for 30 years so I have some tough stains to remove, time will tell. Gonna give it another session to see if I get whiter teeth.

This is the sixth time I’ve purchased opalescence 35 from this vendor & it’s legit. Much cheaper than if purchased from the dentist. Very pleased that every batch has had an expiration date 2+ years from date received. Mentioning this because in the past I’ve received nearly-expired or expired product from other vendors. If applied correctly, this doesn’t burn my gums, and I can use it every day (usually up to a week straight) without tooth sensitivity — and I have sensitive teeth & gums.

This product does what it is supposed to and will whiten teeth. It does make my teeth and gums sensitive and I graded down one star for that. And what I hadn’t know in the past is it is supposed to refrigerated! So I can only use occasionally due to teeth sensitivity (and I do use a desensitizer afterwords).

Used this product for years and I swear by it! Just make sure you have a good teeth mold and you only want to add a tiny bit in each. A little goes a long way! After 3-4 25-minutes sessions, they’re pearly white.

I have used another system through my DDS for going on a couple of years now…usually with that one I have to wear my trays overnight. This brand is AMAZING! I read reviews after I bought it and was concerned about burning gums…but I used my discretion and placed a small amount in my trays and had zero issues. Of course you don’t want to put a ton on there! I left on for 35 mins my first time and I can see just as much results as my previous overnight Brand! Yep I’m sold on these for as long as they’re available!

Take care if you have sensitive gums. Use less. I have my own personal dental trays, they work great with this.
