> 24 hourThe wife was complaining about sucking and said she could do the job in half the time if she didnt have to go over and over and over on the same spot, myself I didnt notice, I just lay back and watch her, I ordered and installed the brush and no more complaining about the sucking, now I lay back and watch her and she has a smile on her face the whole time, which brings a smile to my face for sure.

> 24 hourIt was easy for me (74 yr old female). Works great...smoothe. Mine came with a new belt which I highly recommend putting on with the new beater bar. But be sure to align the belt properly since it will possibly want to move to the side. Mine is a 9300 series, which is from the 80s or 90s. Was my moms. Still a solid vacuum .

> 24 hourBought this because my vacuum did not pick up little bits of lint/small dirt, and im glad i did. The brush underneath was rolled up in lint string and hair, once i removed it, found out the belt was also done too. once i replaced both, it was like having a brand new vacuum. so what im saying is for the price...why not? cheaper then getting a new one.

> 24 hourSimply said, this product restored my Oreck XL to working fine again. Im sure many problems can exist and this product is not to address all of them. For my vacuum, the bearings of the roller built up a resistance to spinning freely (eg. hair, other fine debris). Therefore, not even new belts would help the issue, however this more complete kit, including a new roller and the bearing mechanisms located on each end of it completely addressed my vacuums problem; and at a reasonable price too.

> 24 hourI now own my parents Oreck after they passed. I had no idea you have to put the brush in a certain way when replacing a belt. Now my belts don’t break after a few uses.
