> 24 hourThe beater bar went right in. I had to stretch the belt tight to get it in, but thought that may be normal. The belt that was in the Oreck was XL010-0604 0902. This belt is 0300604. It burned up within minutes of use. I put the old belt on and it works fine.

> 24 hourThe brush and belts fit my XL9100HG perfectly. The old brush had stopped turning smoothly; it seems that hair (human and pet) gets inside the bearing area and gradually stops the brush from turning smoothly so you need to replace it every few years. Once the brush stops spinning freely, the belts quickly burn up. To install the new brush, first slip the belt around the motor spindle, then around the metal wheel on the brush, then pull the brush back away from the motor until you can slip the black end in the slot. Make sure the New marking on the black brush ends (the end with the sawtooth pattern) is visible (facing the floor when in operation). After the brush wears down, you can rotate the brush ends 180-degrees so the Old mark is visible (closer to the floor when in operation) and the sawtooth pattern is inside the slot; the teeth push the brush a little closer to the floor, putting the worn bristles in contact with the carpet again.

> 24 hourIts close, and will work, but its not an oreck its a knock off.The belt seems really tight and wanders to the end of the motor shaft that turns it and rubs on the end causeing a burning rubber smell.I dont want to complain to much because it does work and they are resonable price. It could also be that my old oreck is out of whack.

> 24 hourNot at all easy to install. Needes TORX head bits and the factory REALLY tightens them in place. TORX head screws are quite deep and most bits will not be long enough to reach the screws in that size.
