> 3 dayMy mom has had an Oreck for years, and most of that time its been in a closet because its too hard to push and the belt would smell burnt after a short use. When she told me that I did some quick research. Orecks (and most vacuums) are very simple machines. The bearings on the roller were worn out, so I ordered this combo and replaced the brush & belt. Good as new now!

Greater than one weekMy order was delivered quickly, the vacuum belt and roller brush fit perfectly. Im so glad that I choose to get the new roller brush because I would not have known how worn out my old brush was. With the new brush my vacuum goes forward under its own power of the brush scraping the carpet.

> 3 dayPurchased for my old 2800 series Oreck XL vacuum cleaner and not it is working again beautifully and perfectly, just like when it was new. If you have an XL series Oreck this is the replacement brush you want. As an added plus, it comes with three new rubber belts. This brush breathed new life into my old Oreck XL. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI bought an Oreck for their simplicity and ease of repair. When I smelled burning rubber I knew it was either the belt or the brush. Turns out it was both. One order and 5 minutes later and the machine is back up and running ready for crumbs for years to come. Not bad for $13.

> 3 daySo my 30 year old Oreck XL stopped picking up what I was vacuuming. Took it in for repair, and was quoted $185. Motor and brush needed repair. It occurred to me that the motor noise never changed, just the suction. I took a plastic sink snake (to grab hair out of the drain), and came in from the bottom, and pulled-out some serious chunks of who knows what? Suction is good! Now for the brush - ordered this replacement ($13+), and 10 minutes after delivery, my 30 year-old vacuum is literally good as new. And I saved $171+.
