Pelican 1300 Camera Case

Quality product. Foam is a little hard to cut to shape but works well. Sturdy design.

This is a large box but perfect for my 30ah 12v Lithium battery I use in my kayak for long periods offshore. Use this as primary power on a fish finder.

Youll want to get the Puroma 2 Pack Combination Locks for these, the normal Master Lock ones dont fit.

Laying flat, this has the same footprint of the Pelican 1200 case, but its taller. Its tall enough for my big camera!

The first day I had my eye pieces in the case, it fell from about 4 feet. It paid for itself right then. Just what I needed for my telescope eye pieces.

This 1300 Pelican case is very rugged and well-built. It comes with thick padding that greatly reduces the inside space - but will protect anything inside from shock/drop/moisture. I found I only needed the thin bottom and top pads to store my camera. With the lid closed, its very secure. My only dislike is the latches. They are VERY hard to open/close. A person with weak hands would possibly not be able to seal and unseal the latch. Hopefully with use, it will be easier to latch. I did not test its water-proof claim, but based on how tight the lid locks down on the rubber seal, it seems impossible to leak through to the inside. Clearly, the value of this case is in its strength. I purchased two of these, and I find that they stack together nicely due to the rib design. I deducted one star for the tight latching.

Fantastic case, just as marketed. Seems very durable. Put it underwater in a bucket overnight and it stayed dry inside.

The shipment is very fast and everything comes in order. Im happy and its exactly what i need for my equipment.
