I dont normally write reviews, but this 3M rubbing compound saved me a lot of grief. Recently, I unintentionally began shutting the garage door when my wife was backing in with her SUV. It scratched the hatch pretty good, and the wifes happiness level with me plummeted. As a result, I was willing to spend the money on the best chance of removing those scratches. This stuff not only worked, but worked quickly and easily. The wife was amazed, and I even removed another deeper scratch beside those that I caused. $37 is a lot of money for rubbing compound, but this stuff is amazing and the quart bottle should last a long time. Couldnt be happier with my purchase.

I received a bottle of this stuff, first time using it. I was having a very hard time using it, it seemed to work in some areas and not in others. Come to find out the stuff was old, I noticed it was thick and hard to get out of the bottle. Since this was the first time using it, I was not familiar with it, I ended up wasting a lot of time attempting to use it. I then received another bottle and right away I notice it flowed out of the bottle much better and when used it worked great. The first bottle I receive must have been exposed to the elements and went bad. The bad reviews may be related to the product not being sealed very well and going bad, I noticed these bottles dont have the normal silver seal, they just pour out right away...

I like it

I bought this to take some stains off my care and although you have to rub a lot it actually works! A little elbow grease and voila!. By the way a little goes a long way so be aware you dont need to buy the super large size.
