Works very well for 1st step in polishing clear coat after P3000. Does not dry as quickly as the non-EX.

Bought this to help a relative buff out some nasty scratches in his paint. Used this compound along with the 06068 polish and the 06094 finish polish and he ended up with paint that was flawless, almost mirror like. It is time consuming using all 3 products but the results are worth it. He took it to a local place and they wanted $900.00 with no guarantee it would be perfect. This is an everyday driver I told him it didnt make sense to pay that kind of money. so to bring it by and we would do it ourselves...He had never done anything like this and it was so easy, he was able to do it himself. Even on a black car.

It seems to be a good product. It just didnt give me the results I was looking for. Actually, my car might be too oxidized for anything to bring back its shine.....

Best stuff on the market for buffing, this is what professional body men and detailers use in shops. The formula has evolved from my days of painting about 10 years ago, its actually much better now. It has a nice cut, without being overly aggressive. Buffs to a shine quickly, and you hardly miss any spots. With the older formulas, I would sometimes run into hard to buff spots, particularly close to edges and trim. It seemed like you needed to get the middle of the pad on the spot to get them to work. I would some times end up burning the paint trying to buff them. So far I havent had that issue with this formula.
