> 3 dayStrong and sturdy enough to knock the mud from my tires and rims of my truck and lightweight enough to take fishing to stun the big ones to get them into the boat. Well worth the money!!

> 3 dayIm a kayak angler and I ordered this to be my on-board fish whacker. Its a simple and humane way to put the fish down and harvest quality meet. I knock them over the head knocking them out or possibly killing them, then I cut the gills and bleed the fish in an ice slurry. This way the fish suffers the minimum amount and I get clean white blood free meat. I also have an ikejime set on board but thats a lot more work, just knocking them over the head and bleeding the gills is simple and effective. And it floats! This was important to me, I read the questions before buying and it wasnt answered. I looked up hickory wood, it does have an appropriate density to float on water, but I wasnt certain this product was 100% hickory. I still cannot attest to the hickory composition but I am delighted to report that it does float! Testing it floating was my first order of business on the water today. And it was excellent for thumping fish! Its solid, heavy, not too heavy, looks great, feels great, and bonks em real good. 10/10 would recommend.

> 3 dayI like the concept and bought 4 to keep in our cars and trucks. Sadly two are bent, one significantly. Disappointing product quality control.

> 3 dayI have plans for this should the need arise. I have little doubt that its sturdy construction will be able to find any soft spots in anything I bash it against.

02-04-2025This is perfect, as a school bus driver checking tires every morning with crowbar was awful.

> 3 dayI bought this for my Father in-law to carry when he walks his dog at night or early in the morning. We live in NJ and we have coyotes. He also sees loose dogs once in a while. He used to carry a broom stick when he walked the dog. This is much thicker and very sturdy. He puts this in his pocket and pulls his shirt over it. I bought this because one night while holding the broom stick a cop stopped him and gave him a hard time.

> 3 dayI use this stick as self protection when I walk my dog at night. I’m a really small framed woman and this stick has enough weight behind it that even my little twiggy arms could do some damage with it. I have not had to use it against a person or an animal (mainly worried about other dogs not on a leash) but it has helped me fend off some moths and flying cockroaches. Aside from functionality it’s a really nice looking finished piece of wood, I like that the bark is still there.
