Read all the reviews pre-purchase and had high hopes but for me the bass isnt controlled at all and the top end is false - when I hear a cymbal I want it to sound like its in the room with me not processed and regurgitated!

Im not an audiophile, but I can hear a lot more detail with these than Im used to. I use them for gaming and the comfort of this set is glorious.

For the last twelve years, Ive been using Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro headphones. In that time, Ive owned three pairs, so theyve lasted four years each, approximately.

The headphones were fine for 6 months. Then one ear became louder than the other and the bracket that holds the ear cup in place fell apart.

These headphone are great. I wanted them but could not afford to get - but are now a steal. They sound fab and are very comfortable a great for all applications. Although not sure about gaming

Sound quality of these is so meh. Was greatly disappointed with all the raving reviews. Ended up getting HD560s. Those are outstanding. These are just a well build normal pair of headphones. Nothing incredible about them

Overall, it is a very good headphone!
