The most comfortable open back headphones I have to date.I use the Philips Fidelio X2HR in the studio side by side with the Sennheiser HD600 and Beyerdynamic DT770 80 ohm closed back for recording.I use the Fidelio X2HR as an alternative quality sound source to double check my mixes and as an audiophile headphones to listen to music for pleasure.The Philips Fidelio X2HR follow very roughly the Harman Target 2018 curve except the peak present at 5300 kHz that was reduced by 2 ~ 3db with a non-intrusive passive filter made for me by Solderdude (Frans) from DIY Audio Heaven.In a simplistic way to describe the Philips Fidelio X2, they have a sound profile similar to the Sennheiser HD600 with more bass, slightly higher treble due to the 5300 peak effect and much wider soundstage.In this price range below 150,00€ they are in my opinion the best open back headphones on the market currently.They don’t need any DAC or amplification and I connect them directly to my iphone 11 because the volume and quality is more than enough using Spotify, Tidal, etc.I admit that without the passive filter already mentioned in which I invested, this headphones were a little harsh and tiring in the highs because of that peak elevation at 5300 kHz although not at Beyerdynamic level thankfully!

Amazing materials, quality, sound. Not that big but these headlines feel super premium an I love them. Have been using them for about a year.

Sono stato più e più volte tentato di acquistarle, anche perchè estremamente legato alle Sennheiser, e alla fine ho aspettato il Black Friday sperando di cogliere unoccasione. Fatto! Prese e non dire altro che sono sorprendenti. Ovviamente non sono assolutamente cuffie da portare in giro perchè sono veramente enormi!

... della Corazzata Potiomkin, ricordate? Perché ho dato 3 stelle? Perché si sente discretamente, e ci mancherebbe pure che una cuffia da 140 € o 97 €, scontata, si sentisse male, ma una cuffia così deludente rispetto alle recensioni entusiastiche, strabilianti che avevo letto non mi è mai capitata. Dopo aver atteso due mesi che il prezzo scendesse, lho comprata di corsa appena è stata messa in offerta a 97 euro, ma lho restituita con altrettanta fretta visto che sfigurava nel confronto sia con la mia cuffia Infurture noise cancelling, pagata 35 €, assolutamente strepitosa e che apprezzo sempre di più, sia con la cuffietta Hoistac con il cavo, pagata 8 €, anchessa eccezionale, sia con la Superlux, pagata 38 €. Veramente sconcertante questa famosa Fidelio, povera sia per qualità che per volume e potenza, incredibilmente bassi e migliorati ben poco persino con lamplificatore Neoteck, che rende in modo portentoso con le altre cuffie. Unica nota positiva: la fattura di questa cuffia, molto bella, comodissima, solida, fatta con ottimi materiali. Sconsigliata... con 92 minuti di applausi!

Pas mon style d écoute un peu comme si un loudness était présent une philosophie qui ne m a pas emporte et qui au final j ai trouve fatiguant à l écoute..

Muy decepcionado de los JBL One.. de 250€ y llega este modelo por 160 aprox que a día 1/04/22 por 99€ y mis 10.

Ça fait un moment que je chercher un casque ouvert après plusieurs recherches et la promo a 89 € jai foncé, aucun regret le son est vraiment a la hauteur, aucun problème de confort pour ma part le casque est vraiment bien construit.

I opened my package to find that the seal was already broken. Everything was inside but there were a couple signs of damage on the right cup (the mesh paint was worse than the left & the writing gave a beige reflection, Im thinking it got some excess heat at some point). After testing them out, however, they were so enjoyable none of that mattered.
