Satisfied customer. It is so much easier to use the app for these lights instead of having to program seperate timers on each lamp.

I dont know. It worked fine for a month and then the bridge is simply not connecting. I have tried multiple things.!! Nothing works. Gonna call the customer service.

There are a lot of hub-less smart lights out there, but there really isnt any beating the Hue for features and consistent response to the app/commands. They are more expensive, and its hard to justify the initial costs. I recommend starting with a simple white and ambience kit like this, and expanding it over time instead of using a cheaper brand to get more lights to start with.

The bulbs work fine, and the range of colors and brightness is very wide. My issue is with Phillips... Y not make them Bluetooth compatible?!?!?! If its storming outside I have to wait for a pocket of connection if I want to change the lights. I can still manually tuen the lights on, but theyre orange, not bright white.... And cant change the colors. For how EXPENSIVE these damn bulbs AND THE HUB!!! Phillips shouldve made the BT capable. Its ridiculous.

Was trying to find a set that comes with 4 bulbs, but none were on sale at the time. This one was okay, for having 3 bulbs. My first time owning a product like this, and it was super easy to setup. Got all 3 bulbs up and running and controlled through Google Assistant in less than 10 minutes.

We love being able to change the colors with the seasons. And having lights on a timer is wonderful, as I always forget to turn them off in the morning.

Ordered this starter kit during the Prime Day and the package arrived in perfect condition. Had the hub and the 3 A19 bulbs (warm white). The Philips hue doesnt come with a setup instructions page but a quick and short youtube video was enough. Everything is working perfectly so far. Great deal!

I have purchased multiple lights. They work great and connect with Alexa just fine. My only complaint is that the dimmest level is about 5%, which is a bit jarring in the morning. I use them as sunrise simulators and wish they would start at a dimmer level.

Love the hue bulbs! Great value. 1 did not have the numbers printed on it to connect and they promptly sent us a new one.

I assumed this would be a simple, straight out of the box set up. 6 hours later I am returning the product because I just could not get it to work, and I am pretty good with technology and following directions. I downloaded the app. I plugged the hub into the router via the provided cable (should have been my first indicator- that a high end hub could not connect wirelessly). All lights on the hub lit up, I followed the directions, pushed the button (because it should be that simple) and nothing. I spent hours online following the troubleshooting tips and none of them worked. For something that plugged directly into the internet source it should work without a single hiccup. So yes, i’m pretty disappointed because I was looking at setting this hub up to add other Philips lighting devices. I should have went with a different product and would not recommend this product.
